This has been a great massager straight out of the box. An included USB-C cord charges it. It’s powerful and surprisingly quiet. The heating and cooling head attachment charges separately and is a nice addition to relaxing tense muscles. I like how it has a digital display for battery life. I haven’t used it continuously until the battery is depleted to see how long it lasts, but I typically charge any device after using it. I feel like it was worth the money.

I bought this massage gun for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift, and so far, we’re both really impressed! It’s powerful, easy to use, and does a great job at relieving muscle tension after workouts or a long day. The different attachment heads and speed settings make it super versatile, and it feels really well-made. The only downside is that the battery life isn’t the best—it doesn’t last as long as we’d hoped, so frequent charging is necessary. That said, the overall performance and effectiveness definitely make up for it. If you’re looking for a solid massage gun at a good price, this one is a great choice! Would definitely recommend!

***UPDATE*** The "failure" of this very useful little massage gun was fully attributable to operator error. Apparently, not all USB-C chargers are the same, meaning I needed to find a 25W USB-C charger to re-charge the battery. It is now fully re-charged and doing the good work on my very sore running muscles. Please disregard my previous three-star review from when I believed the massage gun battery had failed. ***ORIGINAL THREE-STAR REVIEW FROM JULY 23*** Worked great for a couple of years and then died completely.

I am a 400m hurdler and I was looking for a massage gun to replace my old one that went kaput. This massage gun is great for the price point & I would recommend for anyone. It is a nice compact size & comes with a travel case along with different head attachments. Something the headlining brands don't usually offer as part of the massage gun (have to buy separately). This RENPHO would travel well, which is something I was looking for since I travel for meets. Although compact, you can still apply a good amount of pressure and the gun doesn't slow down/feel like it's jamming. So you can really get in there if you need to. Only reason I'd give this a 4-star is compared to the high end models of say a Theragun or Hyperice the battery doesn't last quite as long (still good though don't get me wrong) and while able to dig when you apply pressure it doesn't hit with that same big force. That's the sacrifice made at this price point, but overall would recommend. Hope this is helpful. Cheers!
