My eye doctor tried to sell me an eye massage session, insisting it was needed and that I could only get it in his office...for $600! After listening to his sales pitch, which he gave before the price, I knew it wasn't happening but I ask for details about the actual massage. He sent his nurse in to explain it to me. I declined because of the cost and went home to Google where I found this gem that does the EXACT same thing. I bought it, used it every day for 2 weeks and went back to my eye doctor for the follow up where he complimented me on how much better my eyes were self lubricating. He again tried to sell me the $600 massage, saying it worked so well the first time, why not keep it up. I told him I didn't the massage last time and explained what I'd done and he got visible angry and said "yeah but that doesn't pay for my expertise or the fancy machine". I'm getting a new doctor before it's time for my next checkup. Also, it's very relaxing and has helped my chronic dry eyes tremendously. Highly recommend! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I just discovered this product and immediately felt a need to get one. I suffer from dry eye and eye strain. I'm spending more time in front of the screen now that my work has transition to virtual and thought this might help to relieve some of that. This eye massager quickly moved up my list of self-care tools. I use it EVERY night and occasionally on my mid-day break. I absolutely love the heated feature on this eye massager. Although I use all of the functions and enjoy them I often opt for just heat because it doesn't make any noise when using it. The air pressure and vibration function can be heard. Additionally, it's cool that it has an music or you can bluetooth your own. However, I find myself listen to music from other devices with earbuds to minimize disruptions. Between the sounds the massager makes and the music it may be worth considering if it would be ideal for use in bed if your next to someone you don't want to disrupt. One other important things to note is the charge time is about 2 hours. So, I usually return it to the charger after 3 cycles to avoid letting it completely die.     • Not as Amazing as I Thought It Would Be

I suffer from strained eyes and I was really excited about this eye massager. But, it was eh. - Music: A lot of people talked about how the music wasn't soothing. I found it the opposite. I really like the music that was programmed with the massager and found the volume the perfect level. - Auto Shut Off: I really liked the massager turned off after 10-minutes and it wasn’t jarring if you were totally relaxed or fell asleep. - Pressure: As several people noted, the pressure was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like someone was digging their knuckles into my eyeballs. I ended up moving the strap adjustment so it was extremely loose. That seemed to help, but I would not be able to sit up and use it then. - Vibration: This is the most annoying setting. Yes, I hated this setting and found it very UNrelaxing. - Heat: The heat felt great until it didn’t. This got so hot that after a couple of minutes it was too much. Please add heat levels like low, medium, high. I had to constantly turn the setting on/off, which meant trying to find the right button and cycle through all the settings (see settings/buttons next). - Settings/Buttons: This should be redesigned and maybe it has been with the new model. I am not sure having a remote would help. o Buttons are too close together (and all on the same side of the massager) and it is hard to tell where they are because they are basically flat). When you find one, it is touch sensitive and you don’t know if it is the setting you are looking for... because the unit is on your eyes. So, you accidentally hit the wrong button because they are so close and it is touch sensitive. Then you have to cycle through all the settings to get it back to where you want it and then still try to find what you were wanting to adjust. o It was very annoying to cycle through so many levels to get what you want. Sometimes it was too sensitive and I accidentally bypassed the setting I wanted only to have to cycle through all the levels again. If you find a setting uncomfortable (let's say the heat is too much), it gets to a point you are uncomfortable trying to fidget with the buttons. o It would be nice to set the settings before you put it on. You can’t do that because you can’t hear the settings unless it is on. Yes, you probably won’t know what settings you like until you have it on and go through options. But, once you know what you like you basically want the same settings each time. o Recommendation:  Make these actual buttons  Separate them out a little more or make them more distinguishable somehow (through touch).  Have it remember your settings somehow.  Separate the settings out to: • Heat: Low, Medium, High, Off • Pressure: Low, Medium, High, Off • Vibration: Low, Medium, High, Off • Music: Low, Medium, High, Pair, Off Did I enjoy the massager at all? Yes, it did feel good when it wasn’t digging into my eyeballs and the heat wasn’t melting my cornea. Did I find it beneficial? No. My eyes never felt less fatigued. I actually felt my eyesight got worse (things were blurry the next day) and my eyes were watery all the time. So, maybe it does help with dry eyes. I just don’t have that issue. I realized this was another gadget that was going to sit in the closet and ended up returning it. Is this the worse product out there. No. That is why I am giving it an “eh” or “3”. But, I haven’t used other eye massagers to compare it to. ... show more

At first I loved this eye massager with heat but after just three days it stopped holding a charge. The device would only run two times before shutting down due to low battery. I sent the first one back for a new device. I received the new device and it was very different from the first. The sound never raised above a whisper despite touching the volume button until I could faintly hear the machine say “Maximum Volume”. Then, as I used the massage function I noticed the placement of the bits that push and move against my face were completely misaligned causing them to push directly on my closed eye. This was painful when it first happened. The heat got overly intense and felt like my eyes were going to be burnt after taking it off. Needless to say I sent that one back for a full refund. Be cautious about purchasing this item. I think I would rather seek out a better quality model. ... show more

This massager is quite loud, terrible music that’s difficult to turn off/control, vibration is forceful. The absolute worse part, it stopped heating after SIX WEEKS! I am stuck with an eye massager that no longer heats because I can not return it and it is less than two months old.
