I am very happy with this digital scale. It was easy to dowload the app and connect the scale via bluetooth. I love all of the extra information it tracks and records such as BMI, muscle mass, body water, metabolic age, etc. Great product at a great price!

This scale is wonderful! I like how it syncs the data with my phone to give me a fairly accurate account of my weight loss journey. I compared it with the scale at my clinic and it was within 0.3 pounds, so it’s a win for me! I also like how I can add other people (my husband) onto the app to track their weight loss as well. I ordered the white scale as I like how it goes with my bathroom decor. The price is good. I can buy a scale at any big box store for almost the same price and all it does is give the weight. This is a nice scale, I was worried about it being a glass like but it’s fine and sturdy. It came with info to download the app and set it all up but let me tell you it’s confusing and I never did get it to work, I got frustrated and quit. I read a lot of people have had this problem but I’m pretty good at that stuff so I figured I’d be fine, yeah I should have listened to the other reviewers…It showed pounds the first 2 times I used it and then all of sudden it changed to kilograms and I can’t get it to go back to lbs, so now I’m more frustrated than before so every time I get on the scale I have to check kilograms to pounds…. It’s a nice scale but I’m not sure why they’ve made it so complicated ... show more

I’m finally reviewing after 3 years and honestly it’s my favorite scale. Readability is amazing and tracks so much like: BMI, Body fat, visceral fat, muscle mass and more! I would suggest weighing once a week for your trends to be as accurate as possible as I think it will motivate you more seeing the difference in each reading. Appearance is nothing fancy but its durability is amazing. Been through a couple moves and only problem I seem to have is purchasing AAA batteries :) Battery longevity is great, probably every 3-6 months I’ve had to replace but great purchase. Really great motivator if your a weigh everyday type of person, and great tracker if your really deep into your training schedule. You can even track more than one persons readings! And the app is user friendly! I’ve used this to go through body recomposition, a motivator for the weight trends, track my kids weight, and even track what diets produce the best results. ... show more

This scale works great with the app. It is a great way to track your fitness journey and hold yourself accountable. I like that it has a body fat % measurement. This is not accurate at all, but if you only go by this number, it is a good gauge of whether you are reducing or increasing your body fat%.
