My Renoji weighted vest is exactly what I was looking for. I purchased the 12 lb vest. I weigh 135 lbs and would consider myself an experienced walker. However, I also have a history of knee injuries so I wanted something that would add resistance without causing injury. The vest fits comfortably and is easy to put on. I can adjust the straps across my chest so it fits snug but not too tight. It doesn’t slide around when I’m wearing it but allows for full mobility as I walk. The weight is distributed between the front and back of the vest so there’s no added strain on my back. Unlike what I’ve read in reviews for other brands, the Renoj vest didn’t have any funny smell.
