The media could not be loaded. I introduced kite flying to my kiddos last summer and wanted to find a higher quality one for us all that would last longer than the cheap ones you can find at Walmart. I got these for my girls (and me) for Easter this year and we finally had a chance to break them out this evening. This is my second purchase and kites #2-4 from this company and we absolutely love them. They’re all super easy to put together and to launch and fly, even for my 6 year old. The pockets where you stick the poles in are extra durable and don’t run the risk of ripping off of the kite if you get a big gust of wind (we ran into that with the cheap kites we got from Walmart). We also love the handle design and the clip on the string that connects it to the kite, which makes it super quick to get the kite put together and into the air.

This was a great purchase! The kites are sturdy, especially for such a low price! The only problem was the string is not attached or tied to the handle. The butterfly got away when it got to the end of the string, and we had to chase it down!

I am an old grandma, who has gotten into kite flying. It is a gusty day and I get my kite out and fly it for a bit in my back yard. Last time I actually flew a kite was a kid, and not sure where my parents got it, but it was a total bust. My tip is: wear garden gloves, as when you grab the line and the string slides up and down through your palm it will give you rope burn. so in addition to this set, buy some cheap rubber plastic gloves. My other kite is Delta, and when I saw this 3 pack I had to get it for a future trip. like that it comes with string and a string handle (what ever you hold in your hand)

These have brought much joy to the students in my kindergarten classroom. They are easy to assemble and fly even in light wind. Some of the spars and spreaders were not snuggly made, but the kites still flew well.
