Not only did my son LOVE it for his birthday. But all of his siblings had a blast chasing him around with it (6 yrs, 11, 13, and 15). It does not move much on carpet but we have a huge dining room where he ran it all over. Cool lights, loud roaring and thrashing, and doesn't fall over.
