I got this for my son for Christmas and by May the remote was broken. He used it in the pool and the bathtub. The return window was closed but I contacted the seller to see if I could get a new remote. After a few emails I received a completely new toy at no charge! Amazing customer service. This model is badly designed. Unlike models by other brands that provide two (2) batteries and which are easy to charge and to put in, this model comes only with one small battery and every battery charge requires to unscrew 3 screws. The battery then needs to be connected by a flimsy cable to a proprietary charger. Model is NOT recommended as there are similar models which are easier to charge.

Bought it for my 7 year old and loves it! Comes charged and ready to go. It does have a short swim time but that is normal for rc toys. Recommend for any dino lovers.

My nephews adore these. I bought the shark and the mosasaur and they had a blast. The only thing I would say is bad about it is the tail comes apart too easily. However, you can put it back together super easy too. All in all well worth the price though.

We opened the Amazon box today and almost laughed at the size of it. It's so much smaller than it appears in the marketing photos. It was for a birthday tomorrow, so we're going to have to run out and get something else.
