The media could not be loaded. We have a few RC trucks that we play with, and my grandson loves to watch and play with them. However, they have some difficulties with carpet or grass. I grabbed this truck due to the larger wheels hoping for a better experience. The truck definitely handles carpet and grass surfaces well although much slower as compared to our other trucks. This truck handles various surfaces from gravel to pavement and carpet with no issues at all. The suspension seems to work well and provides tons of fun crawling over obstacles. The biggest drawback to this truck is the short-lived battery life. We get a little more than 10 minutes of use from a fully charged battery and then we have to change it. You get two batteries with this truck, so you have a backup. However, after using the second you are left until they recharge which are a couple hours to fully charge. Also, you have to unscrew a small Phillips screw to access the battery compartment and then swap out the battery on a jumper wire. This would be nice to have a connection straight into the truck for easy charging but gives you the ability to swap out for a fresh charge. The truck has some fun features where it emits water vapor when you add tap water to the reservoir and it looks cool coming out over the lights. The truck also has both a plain ON and On with sound where the truck roars like a dinosaur. The option to have the sound on or off is nice as the constant roaring may get on your nerves but you can just play with the truck and not have to add water or turn on the audio to still enjoy the fun. My grandson loves this truck and wants to play with it until the batteries run dry and then cries when we have to put it up. He’s only 2 but wants to keep going. All-in-all a great truck with a great price point for some playtime

I purchased 2 RC Dinosaur cars for my 3 year old grandsons. Toys are very cute and the boys love them. There’s an area on the back of the car where you can put a small amount of water and then smoke comes out the back when these cars are in motion. Not really smoke…but looks authentic. The only issue is that the batteries are rechargeable, charge doesn’t last long and charging the batteries takes a long time. But you do get 2 batteries per car. So one set has to be charging while the others are in use. The controller also takes batteries but they are not rechargeable ones.

We liked the "steam" function. It holds very little water so you will need to refill often. Music is annoying but you can turn it off easily. Other than that they work really well and come with rechargeable batteries. However, the remote does not come with batteries.

My 3 year old loved it! Only thing is within a couple of hours the battery was dead LOL and then came the toddler concerns LOL. Also, the smoke effect is great just wish it could have held more water. We were topping ours off alot because he wanted that on the entire time. Otherwise nice truck.

These have some of the best features: - Small enough for home - Fast - 360 degree turning without back/forth movement - Smoke! - Lights It also has sounds, but you don't want that. Switching the audio on is an incessant, poorly recorded Godzilla roar that you'll want to turn off immediately. Thankfully, you can simply ignore that setting.
