The item works fine. Giving this a 1 Star due to customer service. It took 2 weeks of me following up with vendor on when I would get my return label. I wanted to return it because I originally thought it wasn’t working, but then realized it was working but still needed to return it because my kid was scared of it. The seller kept coming up with a bunch of excuses on why I needed to keep it. This item is not returnable. Is false advertisement. It’s a final sale. I had to get Amazon customer service involved and they finally provided a resolution and gave me my money back. I had never had an experience like this with anyone else. Lots of time invested, and lots of back and forth. What a headache!!!

Bought this as a birthday gift. It’s a tighter fit for our 5 year old but can fit two younger 2-3yo easily. The car looks great and overall happy with it. The car came unassembled in a big box. Installation is a bit tricky because the instruction manual is unclear. Luckily, we are handy enough to figure it out. Took about 1hr to put together. Also love that It comes with a remote so the parents can steer the car.
