This remote works great! I love the design compared to the other Vizio remotes, while shorter it is thicker and tends to not get stuck in the sides of my couch! It doesn’t have voice control but the Vizio smart tv doesn’t need it either… Instantly worked with the tv after putting in the batteries so almost no set up! No lag and better than using the app! Buttons are smaller than traditional remote and the layout is slightly different but doesn’t cause me any issues!

This remote is so difficult to use. It doesn’t respond well at all. You have to click it several times to do what you want. Update: the company reached out and offered to send a full refund and a new remote. I’ve only had it for a couple days but so far it is working well. I am revising my review to 4.5 stars for now. The company was very helpful and easy to communicate. If the remote lasts, I would definitely bump my review to 5 stars.

I purchased this for my elderly father who is basically bedridden. His tv is his life. This remote lasted 3 months until the buttons didn't work anymore. We thought it was the batteries, but it wasn't. The remote was worn out. Its a basic remote with not all the unnecessary buttons or controls on it, which is exactly what my dad needed. I wish it would have lasted longer than 3 months. It connected with no trouble at all, sadly just cheaply made.
