This is a cute almost mini RC car. My son is almost two and he had fun but wasn’t able to fully control the little car so i think this is best for kids 3.5and above. The battery life is okay, it depends on how much you use it and it being for kids i wish the battery lasted longer. The remote works well and has great range in my opinion. It’s safe and durable, but small for me and my kids. It does get stuck under furniture often, so i would love it if it was a bit bigger. the colors are cute and adorable and can be for both boys and girls.

I got the JOYSINTOY Remote Control Dinosaur Car for my 3-year-old, and it’s been an absolute hit from the moment we took it out of the box. It’s the perfect blend of fun, durability, and simplicity — clearly designed with toddlers in mind. My son is dinosaur-obsessed, so the combination of a T-Rex design, lights, music, and remote control was basically a dream toy for him. The design is adorable — it’s bright, colorful, and shaped like a friendly cartoon dinosaur, not scary or overly realistic. The lights flash on the body and eyes, and it even makes cute dino sounds and music when driving, which keeps little ones entertained for ages. The volume isn’t too loud, either — lively enough to grab their attention without driving parents crazy. The remote control is super simple and perfectly sized for small hands. It only has two buttons — one for forward and one for turning — so even a toddler can figure it out quickly. There’s no frustration or complex controls, which makes it great for building coordination and confidence. Within minutes, my little one was steering it around the living room, giggling the whole time. Performance-wise, the car moves smoothly on both carpet and hardwood. Wow! What a great little girls inspired RC truck. It’s got a decent battery life on it and came with an additional rechargeable battery so there’s always one ready to go. The remote controls are easy to use. The music is very loud on this but is able to be turned off. My kid loves how fast it is.

The media could not be loaded. TL;DR - For around $20, this is a decent remote controlled race car, with some little design elements for unicorn fans. If you have a little girl that loves unicorns and car, this will be a hit. I’m not sure I would pay $30 for it though. I gave this as a gift to my four-year-old and she LOVED it. I feel like a lot of the race cars are boy-themed, so it was nice to see a race car designed more for girls. Controller: The controller was easy for her to use—it has pretend thumb sticks that are really just buttons, which makes it look cool, but is easier for a young child to control. Back wheel: The design has a wheel in the back that stops the unicorn from fully flipping backward when it does a little trick to pop up on its back wheels. Plastic-feeling: as expected, the entire car has a very plastic feeling. The wheels are a nice rubber like material, but overall, I can’t help but feel like I’m holding a big chunk of plastic (unlike some of my higher-end remote controlled race cars). Size: the car is big, but not huge. I’m not worried about it damaging my trim. For now, we’re treating this as an inside toy, but I suspect it would do okay on the driveway or sidewalks around our home. I think it would struggle in deep grass or on river rock. Lights up: The whole thing lights up. Eye catching. Overall, I think this is a fun toy for a girl in a world where RC cars are normally made for boys. It’s designed for younger children to control, and it has some extra lights and tricks that make it unique. For around $20, this is five stars.
