I bought this remote control car for my 5-year-old son, and it has been a huge hit! He loves RC cars, and always amazed when seeing the Tesla cyber truck on the road! So when he saw this RC car that looks like the cyber truck, his face lit up with excitement!!! What really makes this one special than all his other RC cars is that it can drive both on land and in the water. The first time he drove it straight from the grass into a puddle and watched it keep going, he was super excited! Not only can the car go through water, it can go through grass, dirt, and small rocks with no problem. It’s surprisingly durable too. My son is not always gentle with his toys, but this truck has handled flips, bumps, and plenty of rough driving without any issues. The 360° spinning tricks are also really fun and keep him entertained for a long time. The controller is easy for a young kid to learn, and the connection works pretty well without losing signal when he drives it further away.

This will be a birthday gift for my 11yo girl. She has another RC car, and this will make it so she and a friend can enjoy time playing together. Overall, this looks great. The car itself has a nice weight to it for the size, and the build quality seems strong (though it is still a toy). The remote is more of a traditional console-style remote. It comes with two batteries, so that's wonderful to drive while charging another battery. Also, it seems like the battery is a pretty good sized cell, so I'm looking forward to it's actual duration of use. Our yard is sometimes wet, so the promise of waterproof performance is great. Now we can go out in the rain too. I would note that this is a bit smaller than what I thought a 1:18 ratio vehicle would be... So I did some math. The RC tesla truck is 8", the tesla truck itself is 231", which makes the ratio 1:28.875... But I'm still a fan! Also, I don't think the tesla truck is waterproof (like drive on a lake waterproof) in real life. ;)

This truck is amazing! It came with all the tools we needed, which made setup very easy. I really like that the batteries are rechargeable — that’s a huge plus and saves money. The quality is super strong and sturdy. It feels very durable and well-made. It really does go on all terrains, and it runs smoothly. The lights are also really cool and make it even more fun to use, especially in the evening. My son absolutely loved it, and honestly, I loved it too! It’s super good quality and so much fun. Definitely a great purchase!

Fell apart after first use. Hardly can drive over little pebbles. Definitely does not as described. Unfortunately cannot return because purchased for bday gift several weeks prior and when tried it on, the return window closed already. Wouldn’t recommend it to buy.
