    • Who DID like it, and who DIDN'T LIKE IT...and why...!?
If you read the other reviews for this camera, there was a mixed bag... I decided to "try" it and make my own decision... The initial trial period was so positive that I bought a SECOND CAMERA two weeks later! Yes, the clip could be wider and/or stronger to hold it more securely, but I'm not a police officer and none of my videos should ever be submitted in a court of law... As I recall, a couple of the other reviews were about insignificant things also... I've used it to record for about 10 hours straight... and I've learned to play the videos back (on the camera). That's really all I need these items to do. I find the videos (for my purpose) are pretty good quality, and I can hear the audio well enought to substantiate the reason I'm videoing what I'm videoing! I bought extra mico cards for each camera as backups, so my recommendation is, if you have interest, try one... It's AMAZON! If you find it doesn't work for your application, return it! I've checked around... I couldn't find a another unit with this one's features and quality (again... for my application) for as good of a price point. ... show more

The camera arrived nicely boxed with protective packaging and the accessories each in plastic. The camera looks very nice even with some light scratches on the screen that was without a plastic film protector, and it looks to be of good quality. I thought the picture was good on the camera playback and the stabilization worked well. It is easy to use with simple operation that was easy to remember. The memory card slot is placed well and easy to remove and insert. The videos looked good when transferred and played on my computer. There was some distortion in the audio during playback maybe due to sensitivity of the microphone or something. The clip for attaching the camera on the body appears to be for the front of the shoulder as I couldn't get it be stable at any other placement on my body. I will try a lanyard next. I used the camera as a body worn camera and as a dash cam. The camera seems a little bit bulky as a body cam but it did well for both applications. The price was right for my spending budget, and I think the quality is very good for the price. I recommend it. Also, communication with seller/ company went well too. ... show more

The camera produces grainy images and videos, resulting in a poor resolution that is comparable to a child's camera. The only positive aspect is the inclusion of a large memory card.

    • The clip that comes with it will not hold it steady
I need to play with this a little more before I can say for sure it’s easy to use, but so far just learning the basics of it seems simple - once I learn. Which keys do what it really is one touch operation. Clear resolution, and fairly light. I wish they added a stronger holder so this will stay steady on lighter weight clothing, as the enclosed clip is cheap and flimsy. I have ordered one from another company that is why I haven’t used it yet for its intended purpose. I walk dogs for people and someone in that neighborhood got bit by a dog they blamed on my client’s dog. It absolutely was not and when they went to court were able to prove it (the dog they took a photo of wasn’t the dog if my client), but it made me realize how important it would be to have photo evidence of walks for my clients and also just for general safety. I really like how light it is, and the size is about the size of a large pack of chewing gum. The screen on the back lets you see what you’ve recorded immediately, and the resolution and audio are really good for the price. It doesn’t appear to have WiFi or an app to make it easier to pull marked files off, so that is why I only left 4 stars. For my purposes this will work, although if I find one that has WiFi and / or an app as an option I might replace it. Will update once I get to use it ... show more
