A few weeks ago, I bought this 2-in-1 remote-controlled car-and-plane toy for my child. It has turned out to be one of the most intriguing toys we've brought home in a long time. What I like best about this toy is that a young child can start having fun with it right away without needing an adult to help them all the time. I brought this Stunt Drift Aircraft along during a small family outing to the local park, mostly hoping it would give the kids something different to do besides looking at their tablets. It ended up becoming the highlight of the afternoon. The aircraft itself is very lightweight and easy to carry, which makes it perfect for tossing into a backpack when heading out. When we got to the park, we found an open grassy field and started experimenting with different throwing angles. What impressed me most was how smoothly it glides once you get the motion right. Instead of just dropping quickly like some toy gliders, this one actually drifts and curves in the air, which makes each throw feel a little different. My nephew in particular got really into trying to “master” the best launch style. After a few attempts he figured out how to send it soaring pretty far across the field. Watching it drift and spin slightly as it came down made it a lot more entertaining than a basic straight-flight toy. Another thing worth mentioning is the construction. I picked up this Stunt Drift Aircraft as something fun to play with my son over the weekend, and it honestly turned into one of those toys that kept us outside much longer than planned.
