I was looking for a new hair dryer that wouldn't take up my entire bathroom cabinet but still had enough power to get the job done quickly. This Remington model really surprised me because it is much more compact than my old one, yet it still packs a punch when it comes to airflow. I don't feel like I am standing there forever waiting for my hair to dry. The attachments that came with it are a huge plus for the price. I especially like the concentrator nozzle because it helps me aim the air exactly where I want it without blowing the rest of my hair into a frizzy mess. It was very easy to use right out of the box and the buttons for heat and speed are in a spot where I don't accidentally hit them while I’m holding the handle. In terms of value for money, this feels like a high-end dryer without the crazy price tag. It feels solid in your hand and doesn't have that "cheap plastic" vibration that some smaller dryers have. If you need something that is easy to pack for a trip but is still strong enough to be your main dryer at home, this is a great find. ... show more

I don’t usually leave reviews for hair products, but I picked this up because I wanted something reliable and quick for my morning routine. I like that it has multiple heat and speed settings, so I can keep it on medium most of the time without frying my hair. The cool shot button is a nice touch too, it actually helps lock in my style instead of just blasting cold air. It also doesn’t feel cheap, the build is sturdy and the removable filter makes it easy to keep clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the attachments can feel a little loose if you’re not careful. Still, for the price, this is a solid choice. My prior blow dryer broke on me, and I ordered this one to replace it because it was the best combo of price and quick shipping. I’m not picky about blow dryers, so I really didn’t care to invest too much, but this blow dryer is actually awesome. Not super loud, good strong stream of air, and it is noticeably faster at drying my hair than my prior dryer (which was double the cost). I’d buy this again should the need arise. Light weight, decent price, and does the job well. Some reviews complain it’s loud but honestly what electric hair dryer isn’t?! Especially if you want it to dry your hair thoroughly. I like that it came with a defuser and cold air button to protect my curls.

Different setting options is so nice. Hot to cold is the best one. It curly any hair nicely. Especially since I have long hair with extra weight. Cord length is great. Not too long nor short. I don’t normally write reviews, but this product annoyed me so much. It works. It’s functional. It’s not too heavy. But the overall design is just stupid. It is way too big/long. I’m a pretty average size woman at 5’4 and I have to extend my arm fully out to try to use this to style my hair. To top it all off, it blows too soft at the lower setting and too hard at the higher setting to style your hair without using the attachment, which just makes the nose even longer. This makes it so difficult to use if you are trying to use it to style your hair. I also hate when they place the cooler setting buttons right where you will be holding the hair dryer. I’m constantly changing the setting just from holding the thing. To top it all off, I don’t think it gets particularly hot. But that might be because it blows so hard on the highest setting that it defuses the heat. If you’re just going to use this with the defuse attachment and are tall, it might be worth it. But otherwise there are so many more options, I’d recommend choosing something else. I personally am going to. ... show more
