Ive had this cup for a few months now and not only has it held up perfectly, its worked elegantly. I will say, its not supposed to be squeezed like a stress ball. Its squeezed to move the liquid, not for your pleasure (thats probably why a lot of people are breaking theirs). handwash only and everything comes apart so its not a hassle to clean. Takes a while to freeze and if tou want a quick slushie I end up having to leave mine in there for 2+ days. Definitely worth it, I love frozen ice.

Edit to update: The company reached out to me through Amazon and will be sending me a replacement cup! Really amazing and caring customer service! I bought this cup for my 9 year old because she saw it on YouTube lol and it seemed pretty neat! You'll need to leave the empty cup in the freezer for several hours, preferably overnight. Once it's nice and frozen, you can add your drink of choice. We used soda, juice, and water. Just pour the liquid in, squeeze the cup for a couple minutes, and voila! You have a slushee! Sadly, it only lasted about two weeks before the insulation on the inside of the cup tore a little. Once that happened, it was unusable because the cup wouldn't ever fully freeze. For the price, I don't think it was worth buying for such a limited amount of use. It was fun in the meantime, though!

Half of this product is great and the other half is frustrating. To be fair, the part that works is the point on the item - to create an icee from any drink you pour into it. When the cup is frozen and you pour the liquid into it, it quickly turns into slush, even without squeezing it together hard. It is better if you do but if the cup is frozen enough it starts becoming an icee just being in there. The annoying bit is how the lid is. It's in three pieces and they don't seem to fit well. Once I took it off the first time it's incredibly hard to try to put it back on. It's like the three pieces no longer fit together correctly to the cup part. The picture shows two of the pieces and how they separate from the cup. The lid won't even screw back on if all the pieces aren't just right. It seems like it should be obvious but it isn't user friendly. It could be I got a faulty one but it doesn't look like it as far as I can tell. Also, to use the spoon on the straw you have to take the lid off. The spoon part doesn't fit through the top of the lid, at least without the icee falling off. Which of course defeats the point on the spoon. I'm not the only person who tried to figure out the lid and why it wouldn't go back on correctly. If you don't want to or need to take it on the go it doesn't matter if you have the lid, but it'll spill out if the icee lid won't go back on. I'm still giving it three stars because I cannot be sure the issues with the lid are normal or if it's user error or only my item working incorrectly. It does provide an icee, although you'll want to eat it quickly before the cup starts cooling down and the liquid melts. I'm returning this item and trying something else. If it's a free return for you might be worth trying since it's pretty cheap.

The RELPOM® Slushie Maker Cup, touted as a TIK TOK-inspired magic quick frozen smoothies cup, promised a fun and refreshing experience for making frozen treats. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been far from satisfactory, raising significant concerns about potential hazardous materials and mold accumulation. Upon receiving the cup, I was immediately taken aback by the quality of the materials used. The plastic used for the cup feels flimsy and cheap, and there is no indication of the type of plastic used or whether it is food-safe. Given that this cup is meant to come into contact with food and liquids, the lack of clear information about its material composition raises red flags about potential health hazards. After using the cup a few times, I noticed that it was extremely challenging to thoroughly clean the inner components, particularly the double layer squeeze mechanism. The cup's design includes multiple crevices and hard-to-reach areas, which makes cleaning thoroughly nearly impossible. As a result, residue and liquid can accumulate in these hidden spots, creating an environment conducive to mold growth over time. The accumulation of mold in a cup that's meant to be used for food and beverages is not only unappetizing but also poses serious health risks. Mold exposure can lead to respiratory issues, allergies, and other health problems, particularly for individuals with sensitivities. The cup's construction lacks durability and feels like it could easily break or crack with regular use. This is especially concerning given the potential for liquid leakage and the possibility of ingesting hazardous materials from a compromised cup. The cup is marketed as a "magic quick frozen smoothies cup," suggesting a fast and convenient way to make frozen treats. However, the freezing process is neither quick nor particularly effective. In fact, the cup's performance was disappointing, yielding inconsistent results and failing to deliver on its promise of creating smooth slushies in a short period. The RELPOM® Slushie Maker Cup, falls short on multiple fronts. The lack of transparency regarding the material used, coupled with the potential for mold accumulation and the cup's overall flimsy construction, make it a concerning choice for anyone concerned about their health and safety. Given these issues, I strongly advise against purchasing this cup, especially for children. Instead, invest in products from reputable brands that prioritize both user experience and safety.

I bought 3 of these for my kiddos. I was skeptical that this cup would work but it REALLY does work, and it works really well. It really turns whatever liquid you put in, into a slushie. We have used juices, sodas, sparkling cider etc and all work like a charm. If you have kiddos get them this for summer and they will be entertained for awhile.
