I bought two of these for my grandsons in two different shades of blue so there would be no fighting over whose was whose. When my daughter tried setting them up they took forever to start up and they where very slow loading. once she finally got it all set up they couldn't do anything with it. no matter what games they tried the tablets froze. my 6 year old grandson walked up to his mom he was trying to play a game and asked her how come its lagging. they tried watching shows on it same issue. so it was a waste of money. I had been so excited to buy them for my grandsons only to be disappointed they were so bad the two kids went back to sharing the old one that she's had since her first kid whose now 14 years old. its lasted from the oldest to the youngest which is 3. so the ones i bought are just sitting on her refrigerator collecting dust as basically the only thing they're good for is a paper weight. If i could give this 0 stars i would.

Bought it for toddler as a Christmas gift. He used very rarely over the past 2 weeks since he got it and eventually it died. We went to charge it and it doesn't charge. We even bought a new charger just in case it was an issue with the charger. But it never did turn on again. And the manufacturer knows it's junk because they include an email to get help if it won't charge/won't turn back on. But of course nobody wants to return a tablet they can't reset to clear all their information from - so they get to make and keep all their $ selling defective junk and nobody can get their $ back unless they are willing to return the tablet with all their private and sensitive information on it back to a shady manufacturer. Amazon should really step in but instead all they do is bury the one star reviews which is why I'm giving 5 stars - so ppl will actually see this and not make the same mistake I did.

Firstly I never write reviews so for me to write one tells you something right there. I am grateful that they were able to send the tablets very fast. However, when they got here that’s when the problems started. I bought three tablets at one time because I have three children are born within 12 months of each other and they are like triplets so I have to buy the same things all the time. All three tablets and the apps are very slow loading , they force quit without warning , the screen turns black out of no where and I have to restart the tablets, they freeze up and the touch sensitivity is not that sensitive so the children get frustrated when they touch the screen and nothing happens and they all start to cry when it doesn’t work properly. I was very optimistic with these tablets and keep hoping things will get better. However, it looks like I may have to buy three new ones from somewhere else. Other people seem to have had a better experience and I hope your experience is not like mine especially with buying three tablets. 😭😫

When I ordered this product, I was excited it was budget friendly and convenient for my son with the tablet cover / handles. I wondered why he was watching the tablet with the volume turned down only to discover the sound is not working at all. I’m pretty tech savvy so I tried to troubleshoot but to no avail. I’m severely disappointed because the tablet is in great condition and should not be experiencing issues with sound. Would I buy this product again? Probably not. The price is attractive but the quality of the construction.. eh, not so much.

My 2.5 year old nephew lovessss this tablet. All the apps are great. He had no issues with the camera, games, or YouTube. Only thing is he's a little rough and the screen didn't stand a chance. Would definitely purchase again.
