Watch looks and feels great. However it says it is water resistant. I went kayaking and the extent of how wet it got was when I put my hands in the water (barely below the surface since I never got out of the kayak) I bought the watch in February and its already bad. No longer works since water got in it. It really is a shame since I loved the way it looked. Just wish there was some type of warranty or a way to get a replacement. I would not recommend this brand to anyone unless they plan to never let it get wet. Waste of $80. Notice in the picture you can still see the condensation. ... show more

I am 76 years young and have owned a lot of watches including a few Fossil's, I love this watch, the weight is good. I like the way it looks very much! I call it a subtle look because of its color and design, it is noticeable but does not stand out.

This watch is heavy, but not ridiculously so. When you wind it, you can feel the quality of the internals and how well they all fit together. The face is mineral--not sapphire like a few other top end watches--so you may develop some scratches over time. Just wanted a watch to wear on a daily basis. Watch is very large and heavy and the band, which is too large for my wrist, cannot be adjusted. I have to return the watch.

I use the watch everyday for telling time. Never have used it in the water. It is a very stylish watch that looks great on my wrist. If you like a dark colored watch I would not hesitate to give this one a try.
