I have only had the chair but a few days but after the reviews was on it as soon as it arrived. The chair was easy to assemble and all of the functions work as intended. My only complaints are: 1: the seat frame could be a little taller as that would make it easier to get in and out. I took care of that with Two pieces of 2x4 one on each side of the floor contact rails. Just right now. The 2nd gripe is they have plenty of cushion stuffing towards the back of the arms, however, could use more padding at the ends where you steady yourself getting in and out. The chair Reclined far enough back to fall asleep in...Its more than 130 degrees. My guess would be its closer to 160 Degrees. The operation is smooth and continuous, Massager works just fine and so does the heat. In all fairness, AT THIS POINT IN TIME...I feel like its a more than fair deal. I like the heat feature and the USB port. Power reclining is also a plus. Pockets on both sides also a plus. When reclining the chair slides forward which is nice cause it maintains the distance from the wall a plus. What I did not like was the chair is assembled by sliding each piece down into tracks on the base but they don't lock into place. If you or someone else leans to one side a lot, the side tracks will become loose, and also you can't lift the chair unless you go completely underneath it, cause if you grab anything other than the base it will disassemble, just as easily as it went together. What really hurts is I bought 1 in olive green for a room I don't really use much as a test, but didn't realize these things, then I bought 6 more in brown :( ... show more

Very nice chair. Its sturdy and comfy, the heat is nice. The massage function is more like a vibration. I like the pockets on the side and the power recline feature. The color is nice as well and matched my furniture ok. The only complaint i have is that it can easily tip over while in recline position if you forget to let the foot rest down and try to get up. If you have little ones that could be an issue if they sit on it in the recline position. Other than that I really like the chair. ****UPDATE**** Less than 1 year later this chair ended up in the garbage. The recline function stopped working and one of the legs that retract the chair scratched and gouged my hardwood floors. It wasn't even worth the hassle to return it and get a new one. The damage it caused to my floor cost more than the chair. DONT DO IT! I really hate to leave a bad review but it's the truth! So sad I had to get rid of my chair! ... show more

I will start with the good things about this recliner. First it arrived earlier than expected, seller sent a descriptive email which shows care to the customer, very easy and quick assembly and has the USB/Massage/auto control. The bad things is that you need to use the auto control to straighten the recliner before you are able to stand up which takes seconds to take the straight position. If you are in a hurry, you need to jump out from the side. The second bad thing is that when you flat the back and you lay yourself, you will feel the gap on your lower back which you will then need a pillow to cover it. Other than that, we love it. We don't feel it is worth to return for these reasons. ... show more

Love my new recliner and it arrived way ahead of schedule. It has plenty of cushion and is mostly comfortable. I am 5'4" and the size is perfect with one small exception. There is so much padding in the center that I have to tilt my head backwards to rest it on the back of the chair. I solved this by buying a cover and inserting a 'roll' pillow where my head meets the chair. This seemed to even it out for comfort. The pic makes the chair appear discolored but, I assure you, it's all one color. All in all, I think I made a good purchase. ... show more

I hate writing negative reviews. I wanna like or love everything I purchase but unfortunately, this was really a waste of money. I first off wanna say I'm a tall Amazonian girl. I weigh between 240 and 250. I feel like I bought a robust chair to fit my frame and weight. I easily put the chair together and thought wow, this is nice. I'm sorry to say that after a few days of sitting in the chair, I noticed it started feeling a little thin and not as solid as I thought. The booty party seemed to wear out and it felt like the chair was giving out or in should my butt say. The wood in the front part of chair, which is the lift for the Ottoman stopped working and then to make matters worse the massage feature stopped working as well. I'm sorry I forgot to mention, this chair has a massage feature and it doesn't work for very long after purchase. The arms on the chair sag down and out as if I used this chair for ten years. I'm not kidding when I say poor quality and cheap materials. I would not recommend to a friend or loved one to buy this chair. For what I spent, I should have bought a $500 to $700 chair from manufacturer that specializes in massage chairs. Please don't waste money purchasing this chair unless you are a teeny tiny person who weighs a buck o five! Lol..... But serious ... show more

My only two negative comments on the chair is the head rest portion should be a little more plush, for my comfort i need to put a pillow behind my head. The cable for the controller needs to be at least another 1 to 2 feet longer so i don't have to hang over the side of the chair to use the controller. Positive is for the price, overall an awesome deal!! Comfortable works well so far no issues, loving it! ... show more
