I’ve had mine for about one month and I use it daily! I live in an apartment and my fridge does not have a water dispenser, so this is invaluable for me. I place the water jug underneath my cabinet and ran the hose out the back. It’s super easy to use and clean, and the design looks like something from Apple. Very sleek. Also like that it came with a USB-C cable, so I easily get a replacement that serves more than one function if needed. The media could not be loaded. I received this item as part of a free promotional deal. This water dispenser works well. The battery life is long for what the unit is. I have verified the amount dispersed is accurate. It was very easy to assembly. I did ask the seller about the type of tubing that was used and it is food grade. I have used this a handful of times while at my desk. With dealing with large 5 gallon water bottles, this would be perfect for not having to lift them up. ... show more

I have to use distilled water for medical purposes. It’s a hassle dispensing from the 2 1/2 gallon container. This unit allows me to not have to handle the large bottle. I was a little disappointed when I realized the measurements were only shown in ml. However, I was very happy that the dispenser is not super accurate. It turns out that the 100ml setting, which should be about 3 1/3 ounces, actually put out close to 120ml. That is almost exactly 4 ounces, 1/2 cup. The US has still not converted to metric, thus cups, quarts, etc are familiar to me. Pressing 100ml twice was closer to 8, the 200ml setting. It was easy to assemble, the pickup tube is long enough to reach the bottom of a 5 gallon bottle on the floor from the countertop. A charging cable is included, which is nice, but for me, just one more cable. I have a bunch of cables sitting in a drawer. Not a negative, just a comment. ... show more

This is such a small compact convenient little thing to put on your countertop it's great. The tubing is long enough so that it can easily stretch across to a large water jug that's too heavy to lift that's just down on the floor in your kitchen. Easy easy to use, i didn't even need to look at the directions to assemble it. Charges quickly and seems to run on battery for quite a while. This is a convenient little gadget I didn't know I needed. One thing to note is that the tubing it is quite long so for that reason I would only use this for water, not soda or punch out of a big cocktail container, it would be possibly a little difficult to get all the tube clean.
