I had a lot of apprehension purchasing this mattress online. I prefer to test them out, even if it is only for minute in the store and the true test is about 30 days. I bought this for a spare guest room and received nothing but compliments on it. It is soft and comfortable, it supports in the right places and the guests said they slept so good on the bed and didn't wake up sore. This of course is a bonus when you have guests. The one thing I can tell you to do is look at the size measurements of your frame to make sure it will fit. This was a little small for the frame (my fault) so I had to buy a new frame. Lovely bed.

When I got the mattress out of the package, it swelled up very quickly. It’s very soft but not too soft but it was a little too soft for me so I purchased a memory foam top to have over it and now it’s just perfect but overall I love the mattress, my cats love it too. They’re trying to take over my bed.

I looked at a lot of different mattresses, and this one was the only one I could find that said it was not Medium soft. Well, it feels more like a firm mattress than a medium soft. I’m not very happy with it, but I’m going to keep it til I can actually go in the mattress store and try the mattresses out.
