Bought these for my 10-year-old room. He was transforming his bedroom, a little boy to a pre-teenager and wanted to create a gamer environment. I purchased this product and I am extremely happy with the results. My son loves it, and that’s all that matters the adhesive on the back makes it very convenient and extremely easy to put around the corners of the wall and around door trim would recommend this to anybody.

I've purchased several LED strips over the years. Until now, they've always been 12V strips and encased in weatherproof (transparent) plastic. I admit I didn't think to look for that when I bought these. Alas, it's not compatible with the 12V controller and beefy LED power supply I have. Bummer for me. 24V should mean that the colors stay vibrant for the length of the strand. Yes, the included AC adapter cord is very short. Getting an extension cable (DC-DC) wouldn't be a bad idea. Alternately, I might use a sprinkler's 24V power supply--those have long cables. The "tape" that the LEDs are on seems like it might be fragile. It did survive one incident that could have snapped the tape, so it's not "very fragile"--yay. If the strip is mounted indoors and out of harm's way it should work very well. My use is for a backyard project, so I'm hoping for a season or two out of it, and I'll take it down in inclement weather.

I can use theses all throughout fall, winter, and spring to add a bit more light to the living area and festive cheer visible outside as well. I had these lights hung. Some came on when plugged up some red some green. Battery compartment on the remote will not open so it's of no use to me. If I could have given half a star I would have. Very disappointed. This app stops working and the seller promised a replacement remote but said my address was wrong and I checked it. They just didn't send it. This company does not stand by the product.

I bought these LED’s due to my other ones failing. These ones are different than the ones I got last time, different length, manufacturer, brand. Putting them up was fine and getting them to connect and work was fine. My issue is some random parts of the light are turning different colors. I have 4 or 5 of the little squares that are pink when the lights are set on white. Some in different spots too. I haven’t damaged or messed with them since putting them up and they were working fine when I did. It doesn’t bother me that some changed, as long as it doesn’t continue to get worse.
