Two Years Later, I'm Still Buying It

I originally tried Reel because I wanted to support a Black-owned business, but I've continued buying their toilet paper for about two years because I genuinely like the product. At first glance, it does seem a little more expensive than conventional toilet paper. However, I've found that I actually use considerably less of it. The 3-ply bamboo paper feels substantial enough that I don't need to pull off a huge amount each time, so a roll lasts longer than I initially expected. That helps offset the higher upfront price for me. I also appreciate the unbleached bamboo construction. The natural color takes a little getting used to if you've only ever bought bright-white toilet paper, but now I actually associate it with the product. The lack of plastic packaging is another nice touch and fits well with the overall concept. Most importantly, after two years of repeatedly purchasing it, I haven't felt any reason to switch back. It's sturdy, comfortable, and lasts well in my household. Pros: substantial 3-ply construction, I use fewer sheets per use, bamboo rather than trees, no plastic packaging, and a Black-owned company I'm happy to support. It may look more expensive when you're comparing prices on the shelf, but cost per roll doesn't tell the whole story if you're going through each roll more slowly. After two years, Reel has earned a permanent spot in my household.

Perfect for bidet users!

I’ve been using Reel Premium Toilet Paper for a while now, and it’s hands down the best eco-friendly TP I’ve tried. Since I use a bidet, I need something that holds up well when damp, and this stuff doesn’t fall apart or get gross like regular toilet paper. ✅ Pros: ✔ Perfect for Bidet Users – Stays intact when wet, making cleanup easier and more effective. ✔ Strong Texture for a Great Clean – Has just enough texture to clean well without feeling rough or irritating. ✔ Thick & Durable – Feels just as thick as standard toilet paper, not flimsy or thin. ✔ Eco-Friendly & Sustainable – Made from bamboo, which is a big plus for the environment. ✔ Soft Yet Sturdy – Gentle on skin but doesn’t feel too plush or weak. ✔ Standard Roll Size – The rolls last as long as regular TP, so you’re not constantly restocking. ✔ Stays Intact - Doesn't leave gross skin irritating fibers behind. ❌ Cons: ✖ Pricier Than Regular TP – More expensive, but worth it for the quality and sustainability. Over a year of use — this is our regular toilet paper now

My husband and I originally switched to this toilet paper over a year ago because I was trying to be more intentional about the products we use in our home. I specifically wanted an unbleached option, and after trying this one, we never really looked back. There are three people in our household, and I have the 24-roll box set up on Subscribe & Save every three months. That schedule has worked really well for us—I rarely need to move the delivery up because we're running out. I also like knowing it's one less household essential I have to remember to buy. As far as the toilet paper itself, it's sturdy without feeling overly thick. I don't have issues with it tearing or falling apart while wiping, it tears easily at the perforations, and I haven't noticed it leaving behind lint or residue. The rolls seem pretty standard in size—not unusually small, but I wouldn't consider them jumbo or XL either. After more than a year of using it, we also haven't experienced any plumbing issues related to it, and the quality has been consistent from one box to the next. One thing I WOULD point out is the softness. If you're used to really plush toilet paper from some of the more common brands, this isn't quite the same. I wouldn't describe it as super soft or fluffy. That doesn't bother me personally, especially because I prioritize the unbleached bamboo material, but it's something I'd want to know before purchasing if softness were my main priority. I also really like the packaging. Each roll is individually wrapped in paper, and the designs are actually aesthetically pleasing enough that we've stacked a couple of unopened rolls on a shelf in our guest bathroom without feeling like we needed to hide them. I think the price is fair for what you're getting, especially with the Subscribe & Save discount. It's something our household is going to need regardless, so having a product I like automatically show up every three months while saving a little money has been really convenient. After more than a year and multiple boxes, we've had a very consistent experience with it and continue to repurchase it. It's officially just our household toilet paper now.

BEST EVER

Best toilet paper ever, extra fancy and better for the environment in every way. Check out their website. If I could be a spokesperson for Reel, I would be. I believe in the stuff. It beats Charmin by a landslide in texture + durability. It can be used to wipe countertops too, as if it was paper towel material but not scratchy or stiff or weak.

We love the switch

We made a change for nontoxic toilet paper and we love this. My dad used it and was shocked at how strong it was. He didn’t have high hopes considering his set on his brand. Safe to say he approved lol it’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it.

No dust particles, good thickness, sensitive skin friendly

I wasn't sure what to expect with bamboo tp but found that it actually works well for me. I was tired of the everyday brands that always left the 'soft' particles as dust bunnies on the floor and figured out that the 'dust' that comes off when using it contributed to drying of the 'lady parts'. I like that it easily breaks down in the water, but not in my hand when using it.
