I would say this is very much like Charmin Soft, except less expensive per sheet. It is soft, absorbent, and tears cleanly. It comes to my door, which means I do not have to fill half my shopping cart with TP. This still has a straight tear across, while Charmin has started to use a scalloped edge. Since I never had a problem with the straight tear, I guess I'm getting old and set in my ways and I don't like the look of it. I think this is wound tighter on the roll than the Charmin. It seems as thick by the sheet, but the roll is not as big on the Presto. That is a good thing because the Charmin is so tight that it scrapes the wall and leaves a lot of lint on the floor. The Presto brand does not do this. The Presto is similar quality for more convenience, more paper, and less expensive. ... show more

TP is thicker and softer than I expected. It is also lint-free, which is super important to my family. Who wants "bits" left behind after wiping?! Gross! *cringe* It is not the strongest TP out there, but it is absorbent and doesn't fall apart. So I'd say it is as-advertised and is a good value. I've been purchasing Cottenelle Strong which I've found to be the best soft/strong/lint-free combo. But I will purchase this Amazon TP again for sure because it is good quality for the price. ... show more
