Redragon M913 is the first Redragon wireless MMO gaming mouse with 12 programmable side buttons. The most tactical combo with wireless function plus side shortcuts aim for higher user experience. Easy to switch through wireless and wired mode and get fully charged with USB-C cable for only 4 hours. 1000 Hz Polling Rate with 40G acceleration can be activated in any mode. Geared with low consumption Pixart 3335 sensor, long-hours of use about 80 hours is available in ECO mode. The mouse will automatically turn into sleep mode after 9 minutes with no movements. Q Mouse is wired to the computer but not responding? A: If the computer does not recognize the mouse, try using a different USB port or test it on another computer. Q Troubleshooting for software issue A: The software is currently only compatible with Windows 2000, ME, XP, 03, Vista, 7, 8, and 10. If the software is not recognized, try running it as administrator. Please note that the software needs to be used with a wired connection. Q Is there an issue with the wireless connection? A: If the mouse cannot connect to the USB receiver or experiences delays or stuttering while using wireless, try the following steps: Press and hold the left, right, and middle buttons (scroll wheel) for three seconds until the wheel flashes a yellow light, then plug the USB receiver into your computer and move the mouse closer to the receiver until the yellow light turns off to pair the devices, and finally restore the M913 mouse to its default settings in the software. Had this mouse for a good while now. It’s 10/10. Good weight and feels nice in my hands. All the buttons click nice and don’t stick, I can use it to play any MMO easily and it honestly is good enough that I replaced my normal FPS mouse. The battery life is really good BUT it definitely drains faster with the rgb on. Turning it off tripled my battery life I basically never charge it and it’s always ready. But it does charge fast, so that’s a personal tradeoff that can be made. Haven’t had any input lag from it being wireless and it seems to be just as accurate as any mouse. Definitely a 11/10 purchase I will be buying again when this one eventually goes out. ... show more

So far, the best MMO mouse I've ever used in over a decade

It's been about a month since I've had this mouse, and it's dang near perfect for me. If you're into MMO type mice, I would highly suggest giving this one a try. I'll start off with my gripes that keep this mouse from being absolutely a 10/10. The mouse has a glossy type finish which makes the mouse a slight bit slippery. Which takes some getting used to and is easily fixed in several ways. Could use some textured tapes, could sand it, or wait for it to be worn in. Outside of that, I wish there was linux support for the software. The mouse works perfectly as describe, but I like having only one DPI setting on my mouse, and enjoying having it breathe green. Going onto the pros, the mouse itself has memory so if you do get the software you can change things how you want. Which is what I did, one DPI setting and made it breathe green. It's very responsive on both the wired and wireless connection, and it's quick to switch as well. I have mine around 1,800 DPI I think, which is perfect for me in terms of just using it on my desktop and web browsing and stuff. And I believe it's a 1,000hz polling rate, and this is the more important number. And whether I'm gaming with it wirelessly or wired, I never feel like there's any lag or delay. The battery life is great as well. I only ever charge it maybe twice a week. I'm sure I could go a few weeks on eco mode but I do enjoy the RGB lights on it. The most important feature to me though, the scroll wheel has been holding up quite nicely. This mouse has been the first one in a decade to last more than a month for me. I hope it continues to hold up, but it's very promising so far. The numpad on the side is also very tactile, not the best i've used but very usable. I have large hands so I do wish it was pushed forward a little and the buttons wider. Nothing that learned muscle memory can't fix. Edit: 7 Months in and the polish on the plastic has worn in and it's not so slippery. The scroll wheel still acts as if it's brand new. The battery is still great. Great mouse, one hangup

I've been playing MMOs for longer than I care to admit ("But how long?" You probably didn't ask? Since 1998. UO was my start. Sonoma shard represent). Anyway, point being is that for a period in time having a multi-button mouse was The Thing for these kinds of games, and can be a real game changer. I don't use these buttons for really anything outside of those games, and that doesn't really bother me. But when I do need them, I need them. Now we're seeing more wireless mice for gaming which is great! I move my laptop around the house, cords get in the way. I would prefer my mouse to be wireless. But there really hasn't been a wireless mouse with 12 side buttons. If I find the mouse that checks that box, as well as a couple others, I'll be throwing down as much money as needed to get it. Because while the M913 has that (and it does that real well), it's missing a couple minor things that make me want to return it. So, the good things: It's wireless. Really can't go wrong with the central part of this mouse. It has 12 buttons on the side. The buttons are a little stiff but this is something that I'm sure would get better with time. Uses USB-C to charge. I like this a lot, I really wish that companies would jump to USB-C because, hey, it's cooler. It's weighty. Some people may not like a mouse that's heavier but that thing isn't leaving the pad for me. Battery life. Battery life is 48 hours, but longer in the Eco mode. This is fine for me. I don't need a mouse to last 6 weeks with no charging. Especially since for the trade off of having a 12 button mouse wireless like this is accepting that it may need to be charged more frequently. The small bad things: No tilt click scroll wheel. This is very nitpicky, but it's one of those things I'm accustomed to. I really can't go without it, apparently. Can't remap the DPI buttons. So since there was no tilt click scroll wheel, I thought this would be something I can get past! I don't really need more than 1 DPI setting anyway, so I can just remap those DPI switch buttons to go Forward/Back. Except you bizarrely cannot remap those buttons. Every other button on this mouse is changeable, save those two DPI buttons. This really bummed me out because every single thing about this mouse is great! I just wish it either had that tilt click scroll wheel (preferred), or at least let me remap those buttons I truly don't need to something else I do need. ... show more

Good mouse

I have had mine for about 5-6 years and its only until now its finally giving me issues. For the price that is definitely worth it. It last a long time, ive never had issues with it working, the accessible buttons is an amazing convenience, and quite comfortable to use. It has just started having charging issues which is why I am now replacing it with another one. Dont go get an overpriced mouse when you got this great one right here. ... show more

Hardware is excellent, software slightly quirky

I bought one of these because the game I play supports a lot of options that can be changed on the fly. Before, I would have to be really creative CTRL-1 to CTRL-6, CTRL-ALT-1 to CTRL-ALT-6, etc. Worked but not ideal. With 12 buttons at the thumb, I now have effectively 36 buttons. I think this is a great piece of hardware (so much that I bought another one for my second gaming machine); however, here are a few things might make a difference to people: The buttons are a bit small, relatively easy to push, and the rear set of six is a bit far back for my thumb. I'm not sure expecting to be able to quickly use any of them in a spit second is ergonomic. In my case, the first row of buttons is easy to use for active gaming use. The rest I use for changing options in the game, and it works great because even I take a moment to find the right key by feel that is fine. The software a bit quirky. It's certainly not the worst software I have used, but I did have to play with it a bit to figure out. It gets the job done well enough. There are a lot controls for button mappings, multiple DPS resolutions, polling speed, LED lighting, saving/loading profiles, etc. The macro editor could have been made easier to edit macros, but once you're done you're not likely to care about it again. My only complaint is the software binds only to keys input on your keyboard. Don't have a number pad? Can't bind to number pad buttons. Don't have function keys? Can't bind them. You'll need to connect a keyboard that has it, bind them, and then you can switch to another keyboard. This also means you can't bind to extended keystrokes (F13-F20) unless you have a keyboard with them. Overall, once things are in place, I love this mouse. ... show more

Bought this mouse after watching several reviews as was having some minor issues with my (old) Steelseries mouse. I wanted more buttons and the Redragon M913W had plenty. After I received it I downloaded the Redragon software and configured the mouse buttons, which also included assigning some macros. Software was easy to use. Reviews I watched suggested mouse was on the heavy side but I did not find this to be any issue in practice. It is agile and easy to move for me and does not lead to wrist fatigue in long gaming sessions. I have used in both wired and wireless (1000 Hz USB polling rate) and both are fine. The mouse is comfortable to use but I have big hands so do find the 10, 11 and 12 buttons require a bit more thumb bend to get to. However I just changed the button assignments so that any frequently used assignments are not assigned to those buttons. Happy with purchase but have only been using it several hours per days for just a week or 2. ... show more

Good but limited.

I've had this for about a year and a half now. I mainly play fortnite and wanted something with side buttons onset my weapons hotkeys to. I will say the mouse made me a much better player. Having weapon on my mouse makes it very easy to switch in moments of pressure. However I ak st the point where I think I have outgrown this product. Things ive noticed is that thebside buttons almost seem to habe a delay to them. I have polling speed set on max but sometimes when I go to switch weapons there's a slight delay. And sometimes it doesn't register the change at all. So I end up pressing the button 3 or 4 times before it decides to switch. In addition to this, it sometimes spazzes out on me and randomly moves my in game view so I can't see what's going on. It recovers quickly but is not good. It seems to do this when the battery is 70% or lower. In addition to that. There have been a few times we're suddenly my pointer speeds up tremendously. Which is also not good for the prescision needed for gaming. My last complaint is the weight. Its heavy if you use a soft mapusepad it might feel too heavy for fast flicking in games. It affects your aim accuracy from the "recoil" or trying to flick it quickly with a precise ans abruptly stop. So I find my reticle sometimes misses the mark. Other than that its well built and again, from when I first started playing. This mouse made me a much better player. But it has some flaws and lately I keep finding myself losing fights because of a failed weapon switch or something similar ... show more
