  • Good
I don’t like a loud keyboard, and this makes the perfect sound- nice and soft. The keys feel nice and smooth as well. The RGB settings also make it super pretty, overall would buy it again.

  • Great feeling keyboard
Great keyboard with 2 annoyances. One - it's too light, there is very little weight to it so it's easily moved, Two - it could use a softer set of silicone feet to prevent it slipping. Other than that it's fantastic.

  • Excellent membrane compact keyboard with physical media and macro keys
I collect keyboards. I have over 50 now in my collection. This is the second Red Dragon keyboard that I have reviewed (check my profile for other reviews). I was not sure what to expect with my first review, but after using that keyboard for a little while I mostly go the impression that it is a super value brand with some RGB thrown in. This is a much nicer keyboard than my previous review and has thrown me for a little bit of a loop, and almost feels like it was made by a different company. There is still some value line qualities that shine through, like the deck flex is pretty atrocious and the overall feel of the board itself gives way to thoughts of durability questionability, however all that is kind of thrown out when you kick out the legs and actually start to use the keyboard. Yes, it is painfully obvious that this is not a mechanical switching keyboard, and out of the box the membranes feel quite stiff actually... but give yourself a week and you will be surprised by this keyboard. First of all the keys are all coated in something that gives plastic a slightly rubber texture to them, they are also very smooth --- its nice. While you do not get independent RGB control or a fancy app you do get some fun patterns, one reactive pattern and your classic static backlighting with brightness control and speed control from the patterns. I am not a huge fan of the patterns but I do enjoy having a backlight keyboard and this does a great job with that. When you go down to the compact sized keyboards your going to usually be giving up your nav keys, that is not the case here as they were relocated to the far right side and are well laid out. I was able to get used to them quickly. You have independent media keys at the very top, along with four dedicated independent macro keys that are insanely easy to program (though it has to be a key combination -- some keyboards allow you to attach fully programmable actions to macro keys). You also get shared media keys via the function key row (while pressing Fn key). Most importantly you have a easy to enable function lock key (function key twice until indicator goes off). If your looking for a compact keyboard but do not want to give up much, this is a great option to consider, especially at this price. ... show more

  • I'm starting to become a Redragon fan
I am slowly becoming more and more of a Redragon fan. Every Redragon product I have tried lately has been a hit. I remember when they were just starting out and I wasn't a huge fan of their products, but they seem to have come a long way since then. The keyboard is pretty lightweight, but it's very sturdy. You can hard press on the keys without the keyboard flexing much and I like that. The keys have a nice clicky feel to them with decent travel. The sound isn't anything special, but it is satisfyingly thocky in a membrane keyboard sort of way. It's pretty quiet overall. The RGB is nice, but not super bright. I do wish the RGB was a little brighter and maybe a bit more saturated, but it's not a dealbreaker at all. The macro buttons on the keyboard are a great bonus and not often seen on a keyboard of this price point. This keyboard is the perfect size at the perfect price with just the right amount of features. It's great quality for the price, and it looks awesome. It's even USB-C! ... show more

  • Great build quality and functionality for a super price.
This is a really well-designed keyboard for gaming. I did really miss having a rolling media/volume button that most of my other keyboards have. The lighting and options were enough for me but other that having backlighting under my keys, I don’t care too much about aesthetic lighting. I almost exclusively use keyboards made for gaming and I think this one compared well even with my high end ones. I was in disbelief when I saw the price again after having used it for a month. I’d forgotten how much it was and I think this is a spectacular build quality for the price. The functionality is great and the keys feel good. The compact size is very nice to maximize my desk space as I am usually multi-tasking. ... show more

  • Good price/performance ratio and great starting tkl board
This is a nice looking keyboard with a decent feel. It is silent and you do not hear the keys clicks. it is easy enough to pick up and use and as I am typing this review on it, my speed and accuracy are the about the same as my daily driver. This my first keypad less keyboard and I am starting to see the benefits when gaming. I do not game with a keyboard and mouse anymore but if you do this may be a good option to try out and see if its worth it to you before investing into something that doesn't work as you planned. The key pitch on this is perfect, as I type I find it better in accuracy than my 915. The keys have a rubbery texture on them, like the palm rests of some laptops. The keys are firm enough. I love my current keyboard but this one is way better than what I was expecting. ... show more

  • Poor quality. Not for gaming
Decent keyboard looks amazing, is very quiet. However for gaming about 4 months in the WASD keys constantly stick and make you keep going or spinning. I’ve taken it apart and cleaned it multiple times to no change. It’s just the membrane that I guess wears out. Poor quality. Already looking to buy a different one. ... show more
