I bought the beige iPhone 15 pro case in Oct 2023. Within a mont the case did start to peel at the edges when taking the case on/off; or when dropped it somehow cut the case. However it is very durable! My phone was in perfect condition. It is a durable case but I was able to easily contact Customer Service and receive a replacement. I’ve had to contact the twice for the case because the replacement one after 6 months, the ring stand broke off when my phone fell. Had no issue with customer service. Phone case is durable and military grade. Its mag safe works. For the price, well worth it! You get a 12mo warranty which is great. I’ve bought another case in navy blue. Quality of case seems good. Like the grip in my hand, comfortable. Fits tight around phone/corners which is important to me as my previous silicone case made by different company became loose around corners over time. Buttons easy to use and I like the kickstand option…I hope it lasts. Only issue is that prime delivery was delayed 2 extra days after being shipped but not sure if that was seller or Amazon issue. After going through some of the thinnest cases and thickest, I was trying to find one that (1) had a strong magnet, (2) protected my phone well, and (3) had a stand. This thing had all 3. The magnet on this one is so strong compared to the Apple Iphone 13 case which wasn't strong at all. I use a magnetic apple wallet and the ESR case held it in place all the time giving me the confidence to bring it wherever. Dropping the case isn't an issue for me but still want something durable. The stand is an awesome feature and lets me prop up the phone wherever I need it. In all it's an awesome case made for my needs. The final cherry on top is the prompt customer service.
