Nice tree, but like someone else mentioned, the remote don't work. Replaced battery and still don't work. Can't seem to be able to contact seller for new remote. Will keep tree if I got a new remote, but may have to return because of that.

Not wrth it. The top two halves of the tree did not light. Instructions are backwards. States insert "A" into stand then "B" etc. Yet "A" is the top of the tree. Completely backwards. Tried everything and lights did not go on even though there was power in the line when tested. Also way too much work to fluff up all the branches. Too small of a package to crush together year after year. Not worth the headache sent it back for a refund ... show more

I read reviews and was aware and forewarned that the lights do not work. That being said, I paid less than what a regular unlit tree would cost. The lights did not even fit together properly, so We cut off the lights and put our own on. It was easy to put together (directions were backwards though) and once fluffed it was really nice. My 18 year old said that “she was pleasantly surprised “ by the tree. Overall it worked for our purpose of affordable and quick delivery; but if you’re looking for a prelit working tree you’re taking your chances. ... show more

As others have said in other reviews, the sections of the tree are labeled incorrectly in relationship to the instructions. Took us some time to sort out which section went where. Also the remote does NOT worry. That's also see seems to be a problem that everyone else is having. The tree is pretty when set up and you can use the functions (except the timer) by hand at the plug. It's very annoying. ... show more

The tree arrived as scheduled. It is big and beautiful. Lights work (colored only). The only issue i have is the remote doesn't work so I am unable to pick the light settings that I want. I reached out to seller and received no response. I love the tree, just want a replacement remote so I can use it properly. I even tried changing the battery but nothing worked.
