It’s ok. I feel like it doesn’t lead to any growth, but it makes my hair feel softer, sometimes it makes my hair feel a bit sticky though? Like my hair sticks together? So I have to ensure to put it on my wet ends and wipe off excess! Not greasy good amount of moisture, could be more moisturising if I’m honest. I've been trying to go the natural hair routine for 2 years since it seemed my hair has been struggling with length. I finally saw this product nd thought "why not" since seeking to find what is best for me has been a journey for all aspects of myself. Just to let you know I only use this product once a week. I will explain: My shower routine is that I exfoliate my scalp with a salt scrub, wash with shampoo and them use the REDKEN mask and message it into my scalp for the instructed time and then rinse off with cold water. Then I used the REDKEN leave on conditioner and let my hair air dry....and I would say these two products had made my hair feel more healthy then the all natural hair routine I've been using. Yes, maybe all natural works for some, but these two additions to my hair routine had relieved my hair of past issues ive been struggling with. It was always dry, and flaky the next day or when hours after a wash and I was trying to do less hair washes, but it was difficult due to how embarrassingly flaky and oily my hair got after one day. Adding the REDKEN Extreme Length Mask and leave in conditioner to my routine had allowed my hair to last a week till it showed signs of oiliness and flaking which lead me to believe I didn't have dandruff but my scalp was just overly dry from these so called natural hair products. REDKEN had helped in maintaining the moisture in my hair which helped my scalp from over producing oils that ended up making it look so greasy looking and flaky. I only use it once a week and in that week my hair feels silky, soft and healthy I feel like a model flipping my hair around its ridiculous! I have only used this product twice, as I said I've been only using it once a week. so I can't really say if it had helped my hair with growing more length. but i had done my share of research that states that when issues with hair not growing past a certain length it could be due to hair damage (or split end) causing the hair to break not along it to lengthen. If these products can maintain the moisture in my hair for a week, then I would confidently say that if I continue to use these products my hair strans will grow more stronger and hydrated that my ends will not be so easily broken. This is my theory after all on how this product line is intended to work. I will update this review if that is the case! ... show more
