The media could not be loaded. This product really saved my hair. I’m so happy I decided to go with it. I bleached my hair 2 times on my own because I didn’t do it right the first time left a whole patch of brown in the back. My hair was pretty fried! It feels moisturized now, it doesn’t feel so dry anymore and I’m not having my hair fall out like it was after I bleached it. I can actually brush my hair now without the struggle too. I have fine hair so it’s pretty thin and I saw reviews about how it didn’t work for fine hair but wrong!!! Definitely does. The product smells great, feels great. I was really cautious about if the reviews were real or not but I decided I’d still give it a try and after 3 washes my hair is healthy again for the most part and it’s honestly unbelievable! I would definitely recommend the product I used the leave in treatment from Redkin as well for damaged bleached hair and that one definitely had a lot to do with saving my hair I’m so happy with my purchase overall the product deserves 5 stars. This shampoo is a must for after bleaching to get your hair back to its natural pH. I can tell it's really gentle on my hair. It's high quality and doesn't leave build up. My hair feels softer and the scent is very light and pleasant.

So my hair dresser expressly told me to switch from olaplex to this system. And, because I typically don't have issues with redken products I said okay. First thing is I don't have alot of hair even though in photo it looks like I do that's all frizz but I'll get to this in a moment. I barely have any hair due to hair loss and I'm talking like chemo hair loss this is why my hair dresser said switch to redken. My hair loss is due to meds and I'm losing clumps full of hair anyhoo, the shampoo would not suds up I had to wash then rinse, then wash again, then rinse, and then wash again to finally get it suds up so that's like strike 1 as I don't have this issue at all with my other brand and this was in one setting if this makes sense I don't use alot of shampoo and so in order for it to suds up you'll prolly have to use a huge amount w/ this brand and I do not do that as I mentioned before I do not have alot of hair, it doesn't require alot of shampoo so strike 2...and finally anyone who loses hair knows that typically when in the shower the hair falls out more during the conditioning phase...well guess what not this time I lost more hair during this shampoo session and I'm not sure if it's because the shampoo wouldn't suds up and I had to go at it a couple more times in one session but here's the sitch overall I am not happy and now obviously I followed up with the rest of system but now if you look up at photo my hair is NOT THAT FRIZZY so to have that fried look is baffling to me?! My hair isn't that fried! But using this redken shampoo and conditioner and it looks like it does, I'm not happy! I will be seeking a refund!

So I experimented on pre colored hair by bleaching it from a chocolate brown to a light, almost white blond to match the grey growing in. Predictably It turned my hair to straw that was breaking and snarling. I’m using this shampoo to try to rebuild my hair. I have been using this roughly 3 times a week each time I wash my hair. I didn’t see dramatic improvement in my hair until I started also doing a Shea butter and avocado treatment, and I’m using a rice water treatment as a pre-wash. Slowly my hair is coming back. Probably once my hair has grown out the less damage part I’ll switch to a different shampoo. The only thing I don’t like about this is it has a very strong almost bubblegum smell to it. I’m sure the smell is nice to some people but just not my thing.
