Works well for what it is , plenty of exercises to do and the app comes with a lot of instructions for pretty cheap like 5 bucks a month for step by step videos. The six bands are more than enough to start I’m not an overly strong person or anything (I can do two plates like once now, everything creaks at 54 lol.) But these bands when you start adding them have plenty of resistance to them and they are great for on the go.

It works. It's a portable home gym. If you don't have access or the timevto go to an actual gym, you can get a decent full body workout with this, and it's easily portable. I do wander how it will hold up over time, though.

Initially I was loving the Redge Fit. I got a number of good workouts in with it since it arrived on June 10th, 2024. However, today, when I was getting an after work session in, I was doing a set of military presses when one of the bands snapped. This is only the seventh time I've used it since it arrived. Very disappointed, and frankly, if it snaps this easily and quickly then I wonder how safe the product is. When I reported this directly to Redge Fit, their initial response was to tell me all about how the bands can be weakened if exposed to extreme heat, cold, or sunlight, and that you shouldn't ever just release tension on the bands. I explained that I've only had the product for a few weeks, always used and stored it in an air-conditioned space, indoor space, and that I was always careful to slowly release tension. However, all those caveats kind of give the lie to their sales claim that the bands are "unbreakable", don't they? I'll update this review when I see what the final response is. EDIT 7/5/24: Redge Fit's response is that they're sending me a new "bag" and sorry for the inconvenience. In the meantime, I decided to look at the bands. The first picture is the end of the band that snapped. The last picture is the end of that same band, clearly almost snapped. The other two are the other band I was using, which are showing signs of discoloration and, I suspect, nearly ready to snap. I contacted Amazon today to request return shipment and a refund. My recommendation is that you DO NOT purchase this product. It isn't safe.

Like most of you I saw this product on an ad on social media. I have been in the gym for almost 20 years and have a more body building style regime. First of all this product is AMAZING! My only quarrel with it are the bands. They only come in 30 pounds and that truly has diluted some of my workouts. There’s no in between it feels like with the single arm movements it’s either 30 or 60 or 90. For those big muscle groups it’s quite literally perfect to my surprise, not the most effective like a commercial gym with all the machines, barbells, and dumbells but if you’re a beginner, burnt out on crowds, or like me just looking for something new and quick I absolutely recommend this product! Once again the only reason it’s not a 5 star is because of the choices in weight. Also assembly was extremely easy!
