I used it for first 5 mins and i can feel the pull of using it can feel muscles trying to tighten im using this loses my weight inshouldve gotten something like this yrs ago trying fight off my type 2 and hyperthyriodism recommend anyone trying to slowly reach a weight loss goal im going use it but slowly till i can pit myself point i can go father in exercise the app shows

If you are someone who doesnt have access to a gym or wants to have a little home gym with some affordable equipment, this was an amazing addition. Home workouts has little options for hitting legs because with bodyweight you can only reach so much resistance. But i have been using this for the past few weeks as a good alternative for my legs because you now have much more options to workout different muscle groups in your legs (it also comes with a paper with workouts you can perform). And even then, i find this to be a good tool for physical therapy, i have had a hematoma recently myself so i know that its good for getting your body back in order. all in all, i would recommend this

I bought this so that on days where I couldn’t go to the gym I’d still be able to get a workout in at home and so far it’s already been great! It’s so simple to setup and the exercises are very easy to follow. I’ve already had one workout at home and I brought it with me on vacation and have been able to use it at the hotel. There’s a ton of different exercises you can do with these and I’ve barely scraped the surface.
