If you are someone who doesnt have access to a gym or wants to have a little home gym with some affordable equipment, this was an amazing addition. Home workouts has little options for hitting legs because with bodyweight you can only reach so much resistance. But i have been using this for the past few weeks as a good alternative for my legs because you now have much more options to workout different muscle groups in your legs (it also comes with a paper with workouts you can perform). And even then, i find this to be a good tool for physical therapy, i have had a hematoma recently myself so i know that its good for getting your body back in order. all in all, i would recommend this ... show more
