If you order a large quantity MAKE SURE you count the boxes that arrive. I had 2 piles of boxes stacked on my porch over 2 days-in the RAIN and it was everything I could do to just find dry locations so all the soggy cardboard could dry out. I made the mistake of assuming I had received them all but discovered later I was short 1 box that contained 2 cases of the champagne glasses (24). Anyway, my loss because I didn't report in time but I think the mailman snatched them. Not at all the vendors fault. The wine and champagne glasses were perfect for our event. Factory packaging is the best I've ever seen. Out of nearly 200 total pieces, we only received a single glass broken. The rest made it just perfectly. So, I'm out $60 but I understand totally it was my fault. Just count what you receive if you're doing a large order and report any shortages immediately. I'd definitely buy these again. They were durable enough to withstand tip overs and any clanging without any problems. ... show more

First, I have to say these are sent in a super well protected way. I've never seen alike it before, and found it impressive. The glasses are nicely styled, good weight to the base, and hold a really good pour. Nicely balanced. The only thing that kept them from being a solid 5 is there was a flaw in the rim of most of the glasses. Just a lump that should have been caught by QA - not a bubble, maybe left from the blowing process, just not a flawless rim. ... show more
