Love the red light therapy wand. It does work quite well. I've noticed significant improvement to my shoulder over the past few weeks of use. Much cheaper alternative to doctor visits or purchasing an office unit. We rented one for $250 a week. This was much more affordable.

It worked well initially but now it won’t charge. After 24 hours on charge it’s completely dead. The return window has closed and there is no contact information provided in the user guide. Need to file a warranty claim but don’t know where to send it. Unsatisfactory service by supplier.

After consulting with my vet, I purchased this to use on my elderly labrador with arthritis and hip dysplasia. How do I know it is helping? He willingly comes and sits with me to do a treatment. So I'm guessing it offers some level of relief. The wand itself is easy to use, came in a semi hard case for storage. Several intensity levels and auto-timer. My only negative is I wish it would beep when timer is complete.

I charged but it wouldn’t turn on.

Seems to help mobility in geriatric cat. Sorry I cannot give specific info. Apparently, not allowed, as I had to edit my review. Let’s just say, if it ever breaks, I will purchase it again.
