Description

This condensate pump is suitable for use with condensate from high efficiency condensing furnaces and boilers which produce acidic condensate. 22' of lift compared to the typical 20'. Integrating the CP22 into your system is easy. 1/4" inch quick connect terminals provide easy connection to the built in overflow switch. 2 terminals are provided allowing flexibility to connect air handler shutdown and optional alarm as needed. Features Metal Hang Tabs Shatterproof stainless steel hang tabs have design for easy mounting. Tabs are located on convenient 8" centers. Indicator Lights Red, yellow, and green indicator lights show the pump status. Green for power applied, yellow for pump running, and red for high level alarm. A Float That Floats A float manufactured from foamed polyethylene is a simple, chemical and environmentally resistant, long lasting float. Rather than mold a trapped air float from a material that sinks, or use an expanded polystyrene (EPS) float, the float simply floats. Four Inlet Holes Four inlets versus two or three on other pumps provide the greatest installation versatility. Inlet holes have a reinforced wall for increased durability. Rubber Feet Rubber feet dampen vibration which reduces noise. Vibration Isolation An elastomeric motor mounting gasket dampens vibration. Check Valve Removable check valve for easy cleaning.

  • Good customer service
Style: 120v
Condensate pump is exact replacement for the old one, works like a champ. Customer service had to overnight us a new one when we inadvertently received a switch instead! :-) Pump works like a champ and our crawl space is the driest it has been in years.

  • Works fine, haven't had any issues yet
Style: 120v
Needed to replace the bottom of my (nearly identical) pump after it cracked and started leaking. Unfortunately it was tough enough removing the bottom from this one that I ended up just replacing the whole pump. Works fine, haven't had any issues yet. This model does not have the tablet cartridge that my original one had but I always just dropped the tablets inside the pump anyway. A fitting, easy, and cheap replacement. ... show more

  • A Reasonable Price Replacement Condensate Pump, That Is Easy To Install
Style: 120v
This condensate pump is an easy to install replacement part, in the event the original condensate pump fails. It is just a matter of disconnecting the drain lines(s), pump hose, and power cord and dispose the old condensate pump unit; then reconnecting the drain line(s), pump hose line, to the new condensate pump, and plug in the power cord. A fairly easy DIY task to disconnect the connections to old unit and reconnect everything to the new unit. (The old condensate pump failed because sludge had interfered with the movement of the float within the unit. I decided to just replace the unit, instead of cleaning it.) I decided to do the work myself instead of calling a furnace repairman; they would have charged me $149 for the service call, plus parts. This is a very reasonable priced unit that sells for about $51. In fact, it was so easy to install, and the pump was reasonably priced; I decided to purchase a second pump, as a spare part, for when my newly installed pump fails. ... show more

  • Great pump
Style: 120v
Great little pump. Replaced and old one that failed. It was an easy I stall because it was the same model as the previous one. Previous one was hardwired in, but instead of cutting the cord and hardworking this one, I decided to go ahead and wire the box that the AC installers did not. So when replacement is needed again in the future, it will be simply plug and go. I probably won't be the one replacing it though as the old one lasted a very long time and I most likely won't be living here when it dies! ... show more

  • Direct replacement. Excellent.
Style: 120v
This has been a great unit. Lasted 11 years without issues until a few days ago when it stopped. Due to failed maintenance on my part for not cleaning it out annually, the switch arm the holds the float (like a toilet) was eaten through. Probably accumulation of chemicals. The pump still pumped, just could not activate, because the float had been eaten off. Now I'm adding those treatment pills you see in the photo. Easy install as all my lines and screws were still there. Also flushed out the plastic tube that runs to the outside of my house. One more maintenance item to add to home ownership. ... show more

Just put a new high efficiency furnace in my house and have no floor drain. Use this pump at work as an HVAC technician so I purchased for my house. Very dependable. Tell everyone to use this pump.
