After purchasing, i received an email from the seller if I had any questions or concerns on the product. Next day, I actually received this product and tried to open to get to the USB and accidently broke the top. I replied to the email letting them know that there were no instructions on how to open or get to the USB to charge the device. They replied letting me know that they will replace the device and not to return my original. In addition, they are working on creating a cheat sheet to include with future purchases on how to use the device and get to the USB etc. I received my new device and was able to properly get to the USB with no issues, now knowing how. This product is great and my cat loves chasing it. have a lot of fun with it. It charges fast and lasts a long time. Excellent product and superior customer service.

My cat is quite serious and didn’t have much interest in the toy, however my dog was immediately playfully engaging with it. Unfortunately dogs really don’t understand why they can’t catch the weird red bug running around their house. So eventually over time his mood when seeing the dot show up slowly shifted from excited to anxious, and almost depressed. I’d make sure to give him proper time playing with other toys specifically to not bore him of the activity, so boredom can’t be the case as to why. He’s a big puppy so I really never see him act in such a way, which means not being able to catch this thing the same way he’d catch a ball was really getting to him. He cheered back up after I put the toy up and didn’t play with it again. So, to keep your dog happy I’d recommend skipping out on this toy, I know I personally won’t be using it anymore.

I received the pointer laser in great condition. The shipping time was excellent. I received the item on time and the packing was great. No issues with the item and the cats love playing with it. They like the !ctual dot better than the other shapes but once used to it I think they will be fine. Would purchase again as I am very pleased with it and the great value.

I wanted to get a laser pointer that I didn't have to constantly press down, it was difficult on my body. Now I can just slide the button and we can play for 10-15 minutes with no hand cramping or fatigue on my end. It's fun to change up the pointer style/shape, the mouse was hard to identify at first. And as a bonus this has a blacklight and flashlight setting. It's the perfect tool to keep close by for entertaining kitties or searching for the remote in the dark. 10 out of 10 would recommend

My cat is a chunky girl so in an effort to help her loose some weight, I have been trying to use lasers to get her to get some cardio in. This is rechargeable and has been a complete game changer. The battery operated ones I could use maybe 10 times before they started to fade or flicker. I can use this one just as many times before needing to plug it in. Just about the time she has lost interest in playing, I can switch the laser to a different shape and she is all over it again. Great purchase! If you play with your kitties with lasers at all, you need this one!

My cat, Jack, is 16 years old. He plays like a kitten with this laser, and demands time with it LOUDLY!! I have innumerable wand toys and different kinds of mice, etc., but this item has revved him up like the old days. The vet says it's good for his musculature, and playtime before meals also seems to increase his appetite. Jack has had kidney disease for quite a few years and has been stable on a special kidney diet until quite recently. He was down a pound at the last vet visit, having shed the weight very quickly. I know cats can't live forever, but I think the exercise and joy this toy seems to give him will give me a bit more time with him. It's easy to recharge on my computer, and offers several images, along with the standard dot, for him to enjoy.
