I know the product itself is good as my hair stylist uses it. However, this particular one was advertised as new when the item is definitely not new. Used it for the first time and it kept cutting off guessing the cord has a shortage. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS SELLER.

    • This styler looked great but, didn't last a month.
Purchased 10/28/16. Great price. But, on 11/16/16, motor clunked and begain to rattle. I turned it off, then on again a few times and it rattled every time. So, I cut the cord off and threw it away. Was only used each morning to comb my regular, male, thin hair.

Great blow dryer but attachments get loose after a while, combs lose teeth and brush bristles fall off after several months. After purchasing replacing attachment the dryer just burned out/stop working. I’m on my 4th one in 3 years and I only use it to blow dry my beard.

I am African American with long natural hair between 24- 26 inches long and this blow dryer is the BOMB! I love these comb style dryers and this brand works great with my hair.

Hair dryer does not get as hot and comb slides off when combing through hair. Older model seems to work better although it burned out.
