  • Great lightweight non restricting sleeves
Color: Red
I love wearing sleeves with my tank tops. My favorite pair finally wore out. These are just as comfortable and stay up just as well as my $50 sleeves. They're great for working in the yard and for keeping me warm on brisk morning runs. I can take them off and throw them in my hydration pack as temperatures warm up. ... show more

  • Nice but a little short.
These sleeves feel nice and the stitching is well done. The material is pretty stretchy and very thin. The very thin material certainly aids in keeping your arms cool. My only complaint is they are just a little too short for me. If they just had another inch or 2, they would be perfect as it is a little more of my arm is exposed than I would like, about an inch between where the short sleeve of the shirt ends and the sun sleeve starts or at my wrist either way it just doesn't cover my are quite enough. For reference, I generally were a men's standard XL shirt size. I only docked them a star for that as it is not a reflection of the quality just something those with longer arms should be aware of. ... show more

  • Stylish, comfortable, light, and breathable !
This is my first pair of UV protection sleeves. I was surprised how comfortable, light, and breathable these are. I tried them out a few hours before I was going to wear them on a hike while I was running errands in almost 90 degree weather, and I just left them on because it felt good having them on. They actually made me feel cooler, both in temperature and in style, with me sporting my vibrant pink camouflage sleeves. The sleeves protected me on my 3 hour hike from sunburn. My friend show me that if you pour water on the sleeves, the cooling effect increases. The quality of these sleeves are good, they didn’t fall down or feel too snug at all. These are not compression sleeves. I hand washed and hung to dry once, and then washed once in the washing machine on cool in a mesh bag with mild detergent, then hung dry, and had no change to the product fit or feel. I did some research, and the sun protection in Lycra fabric tends to last around 40 washes if you wash gently in cold water, and then hang to dry. I look forward to adding another pair or two of these well-priced, sun protection sleeves to my everyday life as the sunshine is everywhere. These would also be good for overly chilly a/c spaces, and for warm-ups prior to working out. I’m super happy with this product! ... show more

  • Fine for the price
I already owned a couple of pairs of Farmer's Defense sleeves but wanted another set of sleeves...but didn't really want to spend what Farmer's Defense costs just for a pair of sleeves to wear on lunchtime walks at work. No regrets, not disappointed, but I wouldn't exactly call them comparable. Some of my pictures show a pair of Farmer's Defense sleeves (deep red) for comparison to the ones from this listing (blue). Obviously these sleeves don't have a thumb hole and aren't meant to cover the backs of your hands like Farmer's Defense does, but even when you factor out the "hand" part, these sleeves are still shorter. The difference in the quality of both the stitching and elastic at the end is visibly obvious. These sleeves are made of a thinner material. They feel cool and comfortable when I put them on, but I'm not sure I'd trust them to keep me from getting scratched up while doing yardwork like I would with the Farmer's Defense sleeves. You can see in one of my pictures how the graphics look stretched thin when being worn, which doesn't happen with Farmer's Defense. I'm not sure that I'd trust these to protect my arms from sunburn if I was out in full sun for an extended period of time. But just for the ~45 duration of my largely shaded lunchtime walk, these will serve the purpose just fine and pay for themselves in savings on sunscreen. ... show more

  • Update: a tip / Nice fit, what I'd hoped!
Delievered nicely by UPS: First Impression: very nice. I was concerned they wouldn't fit me. I am a big guy but they are snug without being too tight at all. A photo there of one. Unfortunatly I have to hold the phone with the other hand. Beleive me it looks very close to this one. :) If I wear these out just have 'a' pair. I'll order them again. A Tip: I like these even more. I have damaged skin on each arm from years of sun. Symptoms are dry patches that seem to want try to form flaky scabs. I put these on and during the day I pat them with water in the trouble spots. These spots have almost disappeared, reacting to the moisture. And if I don't wear them for a couple of days, even more, the healing remains. If they start to appear again I wear them dampened for a day. ALSO: if they are tight on you, try not to pull them up your arms by the stitching. You know how stiching is on about anything these days! Save the stiching! ... show more

  • Snug Fit, Lightweight Material
These compression sleeves fit snugly on the arms, reaching the mid-upper arm as expected. They provide decent compression and work well as a regular sleeve. The material is on the thinner side, but they’re still comfortable for extended wear. If you prefer a thicker fabric, these might not be ideal, but for a lightweight option, they do the job. ... show more
