I’m about 6’2” and this bike is too small. I am not able to pedal easily or extend my legs. My knees barely get past 90 degrees.

I still don't like the fact the wires are not marked but I connected them in the way the supplier said to do so and it all seems to be working okay. I would suggest this is designed for smaller people with small feet. I gave it four stars because it does work, but I am tall and it is rather small for my legs and feet ... show more

Received the package yesterday. Yes it is a heavy box but manageable. After opening the box, my first impression was that it was well packaged. It took me about 45 minutes to carefully remove all the parts and compare them to the instructions. Well worth the time. The assembly went very well. I wish there instructions were a little more detailed regarding the monitor connections and the cable tension assembly. I finally figured it all out and the bike works as advertised. The only thing wrong was that I was missing the screw package for step 7, but found some screws the worked out ok. From opening the box to first ride was about 2 1/2 hours. This received the three stars because the equipment did not go together easy do to the manufacture put paint on the screw if the foot paddles (why)!! The picture for instructions should be a little bit bigger so you can actually see what parts go to what part but you should never paint the attachments like the foot pedals screws!! You cannot screw them in to the part you need to!! I had to get a bigger ranch and my husband with more wrist strength to screw through the paint on the screw for the pedal to go into the attachment that was difficult and took the longest to put this together, otherwise it works great. ... show more

Pedals are poor quality. Seat lacks cushion. I never received a shipping label. I've already paid shipping once, I think you should paid for it, due to poor quality.
