Pros: Looks classy and well worth the money. We made it look even better (imho) with some DIY. Cons: Box arrived intact but contents were rattled for sure. Many screws, nuts were lying scattered amid styrofoam dust. Nothing seemed damaged at first glance. Dud crystals. Some of the pre-attached square crystals were not fully secured, thankfully none were broken. There are two sizes for the rectangular crystals and only one spare each. Ours turned up with two duds where there was no hole drilled to pass the hook through. Waiting on replacement. Wire is shorter than the chain! We learned this the scary way with the chandelier dangling 15ft in the air by the wire and not the chain. Eventually decided to buy a longer chain from home depot and splice extra wire to get it to where we wanted it. This is not a con, per se, but a personal aesthetic that we decided to modify the chandelier to look the way we wanted it to. It actually has 5 layers (including the little ball) but you can only see 2 layers the way it is originally designed because the two rigid layers end up hiding most of the suspended crystals resulting in a squashed look. We bought threaded rod (#10-32) and couplings to extend the supporting stems for each layer. One could buy longer screws or find longer stems to achieve the same thing. Nice chandelier, not fond of the black cord. Every single crystal had to be placed which was very time consuming. Some of the crystals holes were not open all the way through. I like it, it is pretty, but I think a little to much money for this chandelier!

Pretty chandelier for my dining room area. I was looking for an affordable option as compared to very expensive ones that are on the market. Glad I ordered this. The crystal is plastic but at a distance you can’t make a difference. They also reflect nice lighting in a standard size room.

It IS a beautiful light, but came with virtually no directions. Luckily my husband has a lot of handy skills to figure it out. We had to send first delivered light due to several damaged pieces. With 2nd light we are missing 6 long hanging crystals and the fasteners. Would NOT recommend this to anyone with limited assembly and installation skills. ... show more
