The other reviews are absolutely correct. The rack is nice and it goes together easily. The self tapping screws were absolutely terrible. They were so soft that not only did they strip out while going in (even after pre-drilling), they seriously warped. Just put these on my pop-up camper. Had it spread out to 80” wide. It’s a perfect fit with minor adjustments. Was fairly simple to install. Gave it 4 stars because there was no instruction and mounting hardwares was just some cheap 3/16” course self tapped screws. Went ahead and replaced it with 1/4” x 1-1/2” machine screws and nuts then drilled out the holes on the legs. Shouldn’t be any problem hauling my kayak around. The crossbar seem sturdy but I would still limit it to 200lbs or less. ... show more

Very nicely made but they should have supplied better self tapping bolts because the ones that were sent actually broke I had to go to the hardware store and buy some that were heavy duty and did the job but other than that seems to be a very good rack for holding my solar panels

The self tapping screws are the cheapest and weakest you can get. I went and bought new better screws and bolts. Other then the hardware the welds seem good and strong.

I'm being forced to give a star, otherwise I wouldn't have.I'm not sure what I like yet. I can't even use them. They seem rigid enough. From the looks it way be easy to install. I wouldn't know, I can't install them yet. There's nothing like waking up early in the hot south to beat the rain and heat to install some ladder racks, only to find out after you open the package that you can't install because all 4 core components are missing. Edit... Finally received missing components by FedEx. What do you know, they shipped the missing components with missing components! I would probably reconsider ordering from a company that doesn't even know what products they have. ... show more
