The Recovery Patch: Pre-Party Natural Defense is a topical supplement designed to provide relief from dehydration and subsequent hangovers during a party. To use, apply the patch to your abdomen approximately 30 minutes before the party, keep the patch on for at least four hours (and keep hydrated during the party!), and remove the patch by washing with warm water and gently pulling each corner. I am not much of a partier, but I did find that the patch helped me feel more energetic and less groggy the mornings after I had a few alcoholic beverages. The green tea extract likely kept me alert longer as well. I am not entirely sure how well the patch works for heavier drinking, but it was a good supplement for light to moderate evenings of alcoholic consumption.
