I don't usually go out of my way to try out topical applicators, but we had a big camping trip planned and wanted to give these a shot! After trying it out one night on my own I was pretty surprised by how I felt the next day, so I decided they would be worth bringing along. Our camping trip was in the desert and I brought these patches along with us because we were going to be in the hot sun all day, along with having some drinks so it seemed like the perfect opportunity to try these out! They stick on and stay pretty well, some people had them on their arm and some had them under their clothes. I didn't notice anyone fiddling with it all night or anything like that, so once it's on you don't have to worry about it! And peeling it off doesn't hurt either. Definitely easy to apply! Some of my friends also went swimming in a pond and the patches didn't fall off or even come close, so they could be great for beach days too! Depending on where you put it, you can feel it a little bit but it's honestly barely noticeable. Despite being all sunburnt and only having so much water available, when we woke up the next day all of us felt pretty refreshed. It didn't cure our soreness or anything like that, I can't even say specifically what it was that felt different, but it was really nice! Just waking up feeling refreshed. I would definitely recommend these for anyone who is looking to have just that extra little boost for the next day of recovery, whether you're going to a night of hanging out with friends, a rave, a camping party, or a day at the beach!

At first I was hesitant about using these patches but I’m glad I did. They are easy to apply and I placed mine on my upper shoulder since application is easier on a hairless part of your body. What I love most about the patches is there are all natural ingredients and no harmful chemicals or side effects. I decided to try these out over Thanksgiving break and give them a try. I’m not a regular drinker so it may work differently for someone who is but I indulged let’s say the least and mixed drinks for a few days. It’s important to follow the instructions and apply as stated and to stay hydrated while using these patches. I would say I didn’t have that nasty hangover feeling let alone any bad feelings at all and felt normal as if I never drank. I would definitely recommend to anyone who stays away from drinking for that same issue I do, you don’t want that next day fatigue and nausea. These are the cure all type of patches but they are highly effective for enjoying a good time

They do not stick, wanted to test them out before a Mexico vacation and I put it on dry skin first I tried my bicep after sweating and being outside within 30 minutes started to fall off, replaced with a new one and tried inside my leg. Lasted about 30 mins again. Tried another and put it on my breast. Went as far as wiping my skin clean and drying it before replacing and patches continued to fall off. They fell off my boyfriend as well. Hard to imagine they are water resistant when we were only in the sun sweating and they didn't stick. Wouldn't purchase again
