Normally when I over-exert myself and suffer major muscle ache, I take an aspirin and apply a menthol rub. Using this product has been more effective for me. Last night I had an emergency situation. For more than 24 hours I didn't sleep and I over-exerted myself. My legs were just so sore. I applied this cream and within one hour the ache had gone and stayed gone for now more than 8 hours (4 hours asleep / 4 hours awake).

This muscle cream does a great job soothing sore muscles without needing a prescription. It provides a nice cooling and numbing sensation. I wish it lasted a little longer; I feel the effects wearing off after about 20-30 minutes. It rubs in well without leaving a greasy residue. The smell is pleasant without seeming too medicinal.

Ordered this for myself for when my body hurts sometimes after an intensive workout, and for my husband who gets his knees injured a lot to a point that they swell and hurt. Still testing it to see how effective it will be long-term, but I have high hopes for this product because the ingredients look good, and upon application it feels like some other heating ointments I use sometimes. The product came packaged in a box that was not sealed, but there is an expiration date on the box which is great, and the tube itself had a vacuum foil seal on it. The ointment is yellowish and thick in consistency, and has a very strong smell to it, which is not surprising. The ingredients list a lot of things that will give you that smell. So the smell doesn't bother me much. All in all, looks like a good product, though I would love to know where it's made. It only says it's distributed by a US-based company, but no other indications on where it comes from. I would take half a star for that at this point, and I'll definitely update my review if my opinion drastically changes after we've used this ointment for a long enough time to see if it gives us any relief.

Been using this on a strained muscle in my neck recently, and it does feel soothing and I feel some relief using this. It absorbs pretty well into my skin, and I love the smell of it, but it could be a bit strong for sensitive individuals. Love how clean the ingredients are, and of course that it contains silver to boot!

This has been nice to try out so far. I’m normally pretty sore after work and have been trying this out before going to bed. It’s pretty thick, has a smell but I didn’t find it to be unpleasant. It feels like it absorbs pretty well and has a nice feeling to it. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects since trying this. Overall I am happy with this product so far, still have about half the tube so I will keep trying this one out and update if needed.

This came in a box, bar coded and stamped with lot ID and expiration date of 3/2027. Product was in a 3.4 ounce tube, safety sealed under the flip off cap. Product is manufactured for a company based in American Fork, UT. Ingredients include: 20 ppm patented silver solution (silver and deionized water), jojoba, coconut wax, stearic acid, menthol, methyl salicylate, glycerin, camphor, glucosamine, boswellia, arnica, vitamin E, hyaluronic acid, magnesium (epsom salt) and eucalyptus. Instructions state to simply apply a small amount to impacted area and massage in until fully absorbed. This can be used up to three times daily. I personally found this cream to be thick, but not overly greasy, and it absorbed fairly well into the skin. Shortly after applying, I felt a cool, soothing sensation - similar to pain creams. The scent was not overwhelming and it did not resemble those menthol creams from the drugstore. I personally found this product to be effective in relieving sore, tight muscles after a hard workout - similar to an epsom salt bath. Good product.

Easy to use and has a pleasant scent. The quality seems to be very high and performance is great. The price is a bit high in my opinion but I do think it’s worth it.
