Not very happy with this unit. It came in and the instructions show adapters and cords that are not included. I hooked the unit to my computer, all it would do is make a beeping noise. There is no website, or phone number to call for troubleshooting, nothing in the directions to help. Without the adapter, the entire unit is worthless. I have a high end gaming computer, there is no reason for anything to plug in and not work. Had there been a way to call a help desk, or a way to troubleshoot, I probably would have rated this at, or near 5 stars, but I cannot even find out if the microphone is any good.
