I purchased two of these. One for my daughter who walks her little dog and one for a 13 yr. Old girl to keep her safe when she is out and about. The alarm is very loud and the light is Very bright. This would scare someone or at the very least throw them off their guard if the intended to do harm. Can hook on belt loop or pocket book. Small but very effective.
