Getting these for my grandma has been a great decision. The quality and features match those you’d find in store-bought hearing aids, but at a super cheap cost. Noise reduction is impressive, providing clear sound without the usual background noise. Adapting to the new sounds did take a few weeks, as expected, but now they’re an integral part of daily life. I got these hearing aids for my mom. She has started having trouble hearing. We noticed that she seemed withdrawn and not her talkative self. I got her these hearing aids to see if they would help. These hearing aids have been a nice option for my mom. She liked how easy they were to set and adjust. She is able to place them in her ear and set them to a comfortable volume. She says the hearing aids are comfortable to wear and can be worn for quite a while without issue. These hearing aids appear to be well made and feel like they will last quite a while. My mom also likes how easy they are takeout and appreciates the charging case that they come with. The charging case does a good job of charging these hearing aids and a good job of securing them and keeping them together. These hearing aids have been a nice find for my mom that work well and are easy for her to use.

My grandma has been using this hearing aid for several days and she said that it is very light and she doesn't feel uncomfortable when wearing it. The color is similar to the skin color, people won't notice it unless they pay special attention to it. She thinks the sound amplification is good, especially when having conversations with family members or watching TV, she can hear more clearly, which makes her feel much better. However, she mentioned a small problem, that is, when she is outside in crowded places, such as markets or parks, there is some noise distortion, but she says it’s acceptable.
