The big guy gifted this for Christmas this morning and the puck doesn’t work. It charges but does nothing when turned on. This was supposed to be a fun thing to do at my family’s house for the holidays now it is just weight that I have to haul back home and go through the hassle of doing a post-holiday return which is highly inconvenient and time consuming since Amazon changed its return policy.
