We think this is a great memory foam mattress pad. It inflated overnight and evenly. Slept on it just a couple of nights now. It’s not a soft pad that you sink into and has some firmness. This is the third time I’ve bought this product for my daughter’s bed… Third time because we had some cat issues, so I finally bought a soft liquid proof sheet to go over it. Live and learn. Problem solved… I’ve bought other brands of toppers in the past ranging from very expensive to the lower end of the price spectrum. This brand is by far worth what you spend in regard to comfort, quality, longevity and bang for your buck. Size - I bought the 2” queen. It fits perfectly from top to bottom and side to side. Comfort - I know the definition of this can vary widely from consumer to consumer. I have found it to be of good quality medium support. Again, this definition may vary from person to person. Pain Relief- I’ve had back problems for many years and found great relief with this topper. I have an expensive mattress and did not want to buy another so I looked for an alternative. I found it! As a result I sleep better and feel more rested when I wake up. Assembly- I’ve read dozens of reviews with complaints about this product not re-inflating properly. Being my third purchase of this product, this is the first time I’ve had a bit of a problem with that… I followed the instructions and took the cover off and laid it in a flat well ventilated area from 24-48 hours. Well after about 72 hours only the middle inflated and the end looked like a bubbly/bumpy tortilla chip. Needless to say I was disappointed, but after doing a little research I found that “man handling it helped. I tapped (well it was slightly more than just a light tap) and massaged the ends for about 15 minutes and waited. The next morning it was perfect. So if you don’t want to go through the trouble of a return, I’d try this first. Customer Service- Excellent and quick to help. Hope this helps and enjoy your buy!!!

Straps don’t stay on so the topper slides off and I constantly have to adjust bedding. Would not purchase again or purchase another topper that doesn’t fit like a fitted sheet! Very comfortable to sleep on.

Such a good mattress topper. Worth the money and wouldn’t cheap out on this. I’m a junior in college now, so its long gone, but I was sad when I had to throw it away. Took some of my best naps on this topper🥲 Very bittersweet. Very soft and I never had any problems with smell. Please get this if you're living in a dorm bed!

I am changing my rating to one star because after 4 months the topper started sliding forward on the mattress. Since then the sliding has become so bad that the topper has to be re-positioned on the mattress every other day. I now have to buy a pad to place under the Topper to stop it from sliding, In addition I am buying anchor straps to hold the topper to the mattress and prevent it from sliding. This topper was not only a waste of time to allow it 24 to 48 hrs to settle in the beginning, it turns out that due to the sliding it has become a total waste of money. I would not buy this topper again. The title says it all. The 3" King Topper is OK, but the Instructions that you have to lay this topper flat for 24 to 48 hours before you can use it, is ridiculous. I have a King Size bed and a fully furnished house. I will not lay this Topper on my living room floor for 2 days until it firms up or cures or whatever it has to do to be ready to use. I guess I could put it on my bed and move into a Hotel for 2 Days until it is ready for use, but that is obviously not an option. It was my mistake because I did not read all the fine print and all the 320 reviews or I would have seen this. I just looked at the ratings, my error. To return this would cost too much time, effort and money because the topper is vacuum packed by a machine and it would be impossible to get it back into the original box or one similar to it. I could only lay the Topper on my mattress for 6 hours before I had to use it. The topper itself is OK, but nothing special. In hind sight it would be better to have bought a new mattress. My suggestion to the Seller in the future is to offer a Shipping Option where they can ship the King Size Topper Flat and Ready for immediate use on the mattress. This is the way they ship mattresses, so they obviously could easily ship a 3 inch King size topper Flat in a Large Box ready to use out of the box and still charge a reasonable fee for shipping this way. Not everyone will take advantage of this option, but for customers that need to use the Topper immediately this would be an attractive and useful Shipping Option.
