We got a trampoline for our kid, and I got a bit jealous of him having one, so now we have an adult version too. The interesting difference between a kid and adult trampoline are the springs' materials. This one is made of metal and feels quite sturdy when I jump on it. It took around 10 minutes to assemble. So far I've been using it for fun exercises. Not really sure if it's better than running, but it sure is a lot more enjoyable.
