This is great not only for workouts, but my kids love it too. I’m a bigger guy, so I was happy to find one that supports so much weight. I also really like the handle for stability and for something for my kids to hold on to while they jump. It actually reminds me of the one designed for kids, but this is much more sturdy and capable. The icing on the cake is that it folds up when not in use, so there isn’t this thing taking up a bunch of floor space all the time. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase!

UPDATE: The seller contacted me and took care of the problem quickly, giving me more than I asked for. As it turns out, the error was mine. I wasn't missing the knobs, I just misunderstood the way the manual shows them. I LOVE this rebounder. Very sturdy. Easy to put together (the manual does not give you all the info you need, like lining up the holes for the handlebar and the aforementioned parts list) but it was easy to figue out on my own. Highly recommend it. Missing all the knobs, and can't find a way to contact the shipper to get them. It takes me to Amazon customer service, and after selecting Missing Parts, my only option is to return the whole thing. I dont' want to ship this heavy package back just to get some parts. Please help. Really would like to use this product! It looks great otherwise. Will be happy to update the review when it is taken care of.

This rebounder is great! It was easy for me to put together myself. It’s very level on my hard surface flooring. The jumping surface is plenty big and the bar is great for stability and security. I can definitely see this being a great addition to my fitness routine. Have recommended to others!

This mini cardio excercise trampoline is great addition to my office where I can use this in between meeting to add some cardio workouts. Springs are so nice to give you good rebouce each time you use. Fabric materials are also very strong. Best part of this mini trampolin is that it is foldable and easy to movable from one room to other. Not making much noise while using for ecercise. Easy to assemble and closed if needed.

wonderful items for my kid to work out and play with. i bought this one mainly for my kid to use. he always wanted one of these. we used to have one but its too big for our back yard. The items its super easy to assemble after receiving it. its a little bit heavy, but still one person is able to assemble it. The handle is removable and adjustable.it can hold up to 1 adult to jump on it very stable. over all its very good.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this rebounder has totally exceeded my expectations! It’s super sturdy, and I feel completely safe jumping on it (even as someone on the heavier side). The bounce is smooth and quiet, and the adjustable foam handle is a nice touch for extra stability. I also love that it folds up easily for storage. It’s been a great addition to my workouts—fun, low-impact, and actually makes cardio enjoyable. Definitely worth the buy!

Durable but the springs make A LOT of noise which bothers me. Also the handle bar is pretty wobbly. If I were to buy another rebounder, I'd go with one with bungee cords instead of springs to be quieter.
