I was a little skeptical about getting a mini trampoline as an adult, but this thing is no toy. The frame is sturdy, the bounce is smooth, and it doesn’t feel flimsy at all even at 200+ lbs, it holds up great. The handlebar makes a big difference in keeping balance during workouts, especially for HIIT or light cardio. Assembly took about 20–30 minutes. It’s quiet enough for apartment use and easy to move around. I’ve been using it daily for 15–20 minutes and already feel a difference in energy and joint movement. If you’re looking for a low-impact way to stay active, this is 100% worth it. Great quality for the price.

Be very careful when opening the product and taking the pieces out. There were tiny metal shards left from the poles from where the threading was done to be able to screw the poles onto the base of the trampoline. See my attached picture. Multiple of these fell out onto my carpet, and I had no idea until I started getting poked by them and figured out what they were. Then I got a flashlight and looked everywhere and collected all the pieces you see in the picture. I made sure to then vacuum the entire area afterwards like 4 times just to feel reassured that I didn’t miss any. I just received my trampoline today and put it together. I usually wait to review products until I have used them for a little bit, but this is a safety issue for anyone, but especially if you have little ones or animals, so I wanted people to know so you can be aware of it if you purchase this item. Once put together, the trampoline itself looks good and feels sturdy. Myself and my roommate tried it out, and we both thought it felt supportive with a good bounce to it. Obviously, we will have to wait and see how it holds up in the long run with daily use, but again this review was more about letting people know to be aware of the metal pieces.
