About twenty-five years ago on a fine April afternoon a customer walked into my office and saw that I was suffering terribly from hay fever. He was an ‘old guy’ (like I am now) and he told me that he could help me with my allergy problem. I was interested! He explained to me that I needed to take a teaspoon (or maybe he said tablespoon) of raw, uncooked, and unfiltered honey each day beginning in early January and by April of the following year I wouldn’t have hay fever again because I would slowly build up an immunity to the pollen in the air. I figured that I’d try it because it couldn’t hurt (unless I got cavities!). The following January I did try this ‘Really Raw Honey’ … and IT WORKED! No more allergies. I was amazed. Since that time all those years ago I have done this every year (except in 2018 when I forgot to buy it). I have not suffered from hay fever again except for that one year. Disclaimer: several doctors have told me that this absolutely does not work and it is only a placebo. Well, it worked for me and I didn’t put any stupid chemicals in my body to beat the allergies. Oh, I didn’t get any cavities either. I should add that the flavor is terrific and I highly recommend that you try this at least one time. This is my all time absolute favorite truly raw honey!! I love chewing the bits of wax even. The taste is superb, the consistency is phenomenal. I can always count on really raw honey for superior product. I have been wondering about bee parts ending up in the mix since there is no filtering and today I found one. I'm sure I've crunched on lil bee parts before as well. Kinda grossed me out but I still love this honey :) I eat it straight outta the jar and add it to my cacao drinks and teas. Sad about the price increase and the changing from glass to plastic tho. ... show more

Absolutely love this honey. Used it to make a honey based salad dressing over kale and spiralized beets. Measure 4 tsp of honey and zap in microwave for about 10 seconds to soften. Add 4 tsp olive oil and 4 tsp red wine vinegar; 2 tsp dijon mustard; 3 tsp minced shallot and salt and pepper to taste. Delicious. Then onto Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies...Soften 1/4 c coconut oil and 1/4 c raw honey in microwave for about 15 seconds. Using a whisk mix in 1/3 c coconut flour, 2 whole large eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla. Continue whisking until you have a thicker consistency. (You might have to add a small amount of extra coconut flour to obtain the right consistency. Mix in 1/3 c dark chocolate chips. Use a spoon to portion out the cookie dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Press down on the mounds to shape into desired size. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes. Excellent product...if you get it during the cooler months. Order at your own risk during hot weather months. The honey heats up and melts while being shipped during the hotter summer days. The granules and bits that normally sit at the top got all mixed in the honey when it melted. Not only that, the heated plastic affected the taste and likely the health quality. This all made it inedible. You can't return this so just ask Amazon for a refund/credit if you're a Prime member if this happens to you. ... show more

I love this product, it has helped my youngest son with his allergy's; He would take a PB and Really Raw honey sandwich to school every day for lunch during school year his allergies were almost gone. I'm giving this to my grandson now as he has same problem. This is good tasting I will not buy over processed store type honey again. The only reason I did not give 5 stars in one of the two jars I ordered came with the plastic like broke and some of the honey has leaked into the bubble wrap envelope / box. I just warmed the jar with broke lid up in some warm water and put it into mason jar with lid. ... show more
