I think overall this heat press was a great deal, properly packaged, comes with heat tape, heat gloves, sublimation paper, fuses. I used a heat gun on the platters and they seem to be very consistent. I love how you can adjust the knobs easily. Can use this press up to 20 to 30 oz tumblers. I used the suggested heat time which was 356 degrees for 80 seconds then rotated. Overall I think this is a great purchase easy to use, and works great. I only had issues with the paper it came with was packaged and was folded which made it hard to feed the paper in my printer it even got jammed once. Also the paper is a different size than my HTV Ront paper which is wider than theirs. Even if I set my margins to zero it was not quite long enough to cover my tumbler. I ended up using different paper. However the overall outcome was good. This was not a seamless design so there was a seam. I give it an outstanding rating and would recommend this tumbler press. ... show more

It's made well and better than expected as far as the parts to the press. We aren't new to this world and know the ins and outs of heat presses. I did the first burn off outside, with cup, and then let it heat up again, with cup, and started doing testing with temp gun to ensure even heat and also do any calibration if needed etc. This should be done by everyone for any heat press. The heat distribution was very uneven, even after closing with a tumbler. I'm ok with a press needing calibration but uneven heat is a no go and the Temps weren't up to where they should have been so calibrating and/or adjusting temp settings was no help here. HOWEVER, I decided instead of just returning, to contact customer support to see if they would help. To my surprise, they were amazing. Quick responses (at night due to time difference) and were happy to help us resolve the issue. Customer service is a big thing for me and this company exceeded my expectations with response time and resolving things. ... show more

I have been wanting a tumbler heat press for a long time!! Wow I was really impressed with this awesome heat press! Love the pink color, the box was well packed. It came with heat tape and heat gloves too!!! I absolutely love my new tumbler press! Thank you for allowing small businesses to purchase affordable necessities to make life easier. The pad works well instruction booklet is beautifully created and had much needed excellent information to help me be at ease! I will try and post my 2 tumbler I sublimated only bc I placed my image upside down on my first try no fault of the press. Great heat and coverage. You may need to turn to th make sure to get all around heat coverage. 5 stars for sure!!! I really like this press better than my last one. It closes further than the previous heat press that I had. It heats up great, and so far, everything has come out perfect. I wish I could find a shot glass attachment for it. But other than that, I have no complaints

So I got this tumbler press and it is wonderful. The set comes with the press, gloves, paper and tape (everything to get started). It was already set to F which was perfect for me but you can change the heat settings to either F or C. This press allows you to adjust the pressure and does get really tight if needed. It takes a few minutes to get up to temperature but once it does it HOT! So watch your press time. It does count down and has an alarm to let you know it's done or time to rotate. This alarm isn't as loud as my other press, which I prefer. The colors that are transferred came out beautiful. You may see a little bit of "smoking" it's normal and is from the sublimination process since it releases a gas. I definitely recommend this press. Great press for the price. ... show more

So I was skeptical. I saw people comment that it dies in a few months. Long and behold it came with 2 fuses. People probably misplaced or threw out not knowing what they were. I have submlimated 10 tumblers in the last 5 days and I love it. I had a fancy confection oven but I had to use shrink wrap and turn evey 3 min. This press you put it on 360 for 45sec and turn then another 45sec. With only butcher paper in between. Super fast, super easy, small and more convenient than a large confection oven. I wish I would have not waited to get this and never purchased a expensive confection oven. Now I'm selling the oven almost brand new for less than half the price I paid for it. This press if I would have bought it all along would have saved me a ton of money. Not to mention time and the tumblers I wasited in the confection oven. I have not wasited one tumbler yet in this press. ... show more

I bought one of these before and had to replace it after about a year. I liked that one, it was great but I think they changed some things and not for the better. The pressure just was not enough on this one. A difference that I noticed was that it was missing the shims (nuts) on the tightening screws. I contacted them and they said that they don't use them anymore. That may have been the cause of it not getting tight enough, not sure. The other thing was that the timer didn't work. They had me bend a little metal piece on the bottom of the machine, which I had to keep doing because it wouldn't stay. Left bad ghosting on the tops and bottoms of 20 oz tumblers.
